The property has been recently renewed with a special attention to every single detail (I am super passionate of design!) and is the perfect location for a romantic and relaxing gateway.

THE VILLAGE - Como Lake

The VILLAGE consists of three ancient and luxurious houses, dating back to the 1600s. They are all independent houses. One is the home of the only couple of guests, one is the home of the owners and the last is the holistic massage studio. The garden, swimming pool, hot tub, infrared sauna and woods are for the exclusive use of the two guests only. All surrounded by nature. Luca and Marina live in the VILLAGE, but do not use the amenities. The property is not suitable for children.

The apartment fulfills every wish. It is located in a quiet area of Minusio in the suburbs of Locarno, is functionally furnished and has 2 bedrooms (1x double bed and 1x bunk bed) and a spacious open plan living area with large terrace. There is also a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The highlight is the view over the Lago Maggiore and the mountains. The building has an indoor pool and a free parking space.

The newly renovated and lovingly furnished Bellavista vacation home is located on a beautiful hillside overlooking Lake Maggiore. Located at the end of an 80-step staircase (see pictures - fitness program included :-)), you have an unobstructed view of nature, the lake and Ascona from every room, pool and garden seating area. The house is rented to a maximum of 4 adults and up to 3 children. Pool season from May - September.

(There is an additional charge of CHF 200 per stay at the end for cleaning.)
