Great location with a lovely view on the lake and the nearby church. The flat is perfect for a few days in Ticino, good restaurants nearby, quiet private garden meters away from the lake. Graziella is extremely helpful and friendly - she shared many info about the flat and had good ideas for our stay, always responsive and helpful. We felt welcome and at home. 10/10 recommend it !

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön, besonders die Terasse, von der aus man einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Lago Maggiore hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zu Fuß ist der See in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Kommunikation ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, wir kommen gerne wieder.

This was a 10 star experience! We absolutely loved our stay in Luciano and Katia’s house. It was perfect. The train is conveniently located within minutes of the house. Though it was near, you could not hear the train. It was quiet. The location is beautiful, in a valley between the Swiss Alps on one side and the Italian Alps on the other. We loved riding bicycles along the small farms nearby. Luciano is the friendliest host we’ve ever met, always eager to enhance our stay. He showed us the gorgeous scenery in different areas nearby. This house is the most well equipped we’ve stayed in with Airbnb. They generously supplied coffee, breakfast cereals, fruit, milk, juice, spices, cooking oil, and more. We would highly recommend this house and we would definitely return when we come back to Switzerland. Thank you Luciano and Katia! We had a wonderful week.

In all our Airbnb stays throughout Europe and the US, this was by far our favorite thanks to Nadia and Davide, our Luna di Lago hosts. Nadia's story is very special and she puts her heart and soul into making her apartment just perfect for her guests. Staying in Torno away from the crowds of Bellagio was a really good choice for us - a true taste of Italian life. Nadia took care of us with detailed help and recommendations as if we were dear friends - we'll always remember her one-of-a-kind hospitality. Our stay at Lisa’s apartment was wonderful! The location couldn’t be more perfect – two beaches were just a short walk away, one of them complete with a little stream, where the kids loved to play. The apartment is in a small charming village by the lake. From the house, it was also easy to visit the Verzasca valley by car, Ascona by boat, and other beautiful places in the area. The apartment was charming, well-equipped, comfortable and has the most stunning views. Lisa and her husband Frits are very kind people, warm and welcoming. Lisa is a genuinely caring and thoughtful person, who truly goes the extra mile for her guests. She for instance brought toys and inflatable mattresses for the kids to enjoy, making their experience even more memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience – from the beautiful location to Lisa’s kind hospitality, everything was perfect. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway at lago di maggiore.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man benötigt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist grosszügig und bietet viel Platz. Das Auto kann vor der Haustüre parkiert werden. Es ist ein ruhiges Quartier an zentraler Lage und Ascona, Locarno, Lugano etc. sind schnell erreichbar. Daniela, die Gastgeberin, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation einfach und unkompliziert. Herzlichen Dank Daniela. Gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung an ruhiger Lage. Das Zentrum ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar.

The views are absolutely incredible!!! It is also very quiet and peaceful. The apartment has everything you need and is clean and well taken care of. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return. Thank you, Sandra!

We loved staying in this apartment. It was perfect for two people and even seemed to have some upgrades since the photos were last taken. It rained some while we were in Ascona but the terrace was still a great amenity. It is partially covered so it was nice to sit outside in the rain, as well as enjoy the sun when it was shining. It’s a couple minute walk from great shopping, restaurants and the water. Coops is right up the street and was easy to bring groceries back. The apartment kitchen is set up nicely. Finally, Marco is an awesome host. Very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed meeting him!

Alles war wie beschrieben und absolut unkompliziert. Der Kontakt mit Andrea verlief ebenso reibungslos und schnell. Schade, dass wir nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise dort übernachtet haben.

Helle, schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick. Sehr sauber und hat einen grossen Balkon, der bei schönem Wetter von grossem Vorteil ist.

Patrizia was incredibly kind and helpful! She went out of her way to help us and was so friendly! Her place was very clean and made us feel right at home! Great location next to a bus stop otherwise about a 15 minute walk to the waterfront. Highly recommend a stay at Patrizia’s Nest!

Tout était parfait , juste une remarque , la voiture est indispensable , l appartement est superbement bien situé , dans une résidence de haut standing , environnement très calme , reposant. Mais pour s approvisionner , c est le parcours du combattant , il faut prévoir .

Very nice accomodation and very pleasant hosts! If we‘ll ever look for an air BnB in Milano again we would love to stay again :) awesome to reach by car as well and close public transport.

The rental was beautiful with an amazing view. It took 10 minutes to get to town by car. Easy drive to Varenna and Bellano. The outdoor patio was great with a large area under cover.

Spent an amazing couple of days at this place! Really pleased with Monica’s communication and helpfulness. Her recommendations for restaurants and cafes were great and the house was very clean. 100% recommended!

Der Gastgeber Andrea war wirklich sehr nett und immer hilfbereit. Er hat schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Kann es wirklich nur weiterempfehlen. Mit dem Bus / Shuttle Bus konnte ist Varenna sehr gut erreichbar. Es war wie auf den Fotos beschrieben :)

Silvia’s place is perfect for a stay in Como. The location couldn’t be better — it’s walking distance to the train station, the pier, and the bus stop to Menaggio and Bellagio. The apartment is super spacious, really clean, has a super comfy bed, and is fully equipped with everything you need. The washing machine was definitely a big plus. Silvia is incredibly kind and helpful from the very beginning. We totally recommend it — book it without a second thought!

I truly can't say enough about our stay here at Linnea's penthouse. The space is outstanding—we actually booked this place in an emergency because the AirBnB we had originally booked was very low quality. This place was our saving grace! Spotless, incredibly luxe, spacious—this place is a gem. My partner and I stayed here, but we could have easily had two more couples comfortably staying with us. Linnea has the *kindest* housekeeper, Adelina, who made us feel right at home during check-in. Also, Linnea's property manager, Donatella, was extremely kind, responsive, and very helpful in coordinating our check-in. It is not often a place lives up to its photos—but this place is somehow even more beautiful! It also comes with some great perks: a filter for drinking water, a hot tub and outdoor rooftop terrace, giant showers, a washing machine, a lift to the apartment, and very comfortable beds. I don't think we will stay anywhere else when we visit Milan again!

We absolutely loved this place. What more can I say that hasn’t been said? The view is outstanding. You’re very high up the mountain. One morning we there was low lying clouds above the lake … and we were looking down on it from above the clouds. Clean and contemporary design, with a comfortable bed. You’ll need a car! The garage is very tight, so rent a smaller car. And getting there from Varenna involves a drive up a narrow winding road. It was fun drive … for me, at least.
