In summer there are also countless hiking opportunities, Høyt og Lavt climbing park, frisbee golf and open mountain pastures at Solbråsetra where the local woman Anne Hov invented Gudbrandsdal cheese in 1863. There is more culture: Peer Gynt Festival in July/August, Rondaståk in June and a short distance to the Country Festival in Vinstra

In this place your family can stay close to everything, the location is central. Short distance to cross-country skiing, alpine skiing, climbing park, frisbee course, hiking trails and nice bike paths. Walking distance to the store. From this cottage you have a beautiful view of Jotunheimen from the terrace, which can be enjoyed by the fire pit in good outdoor furniture. Other info. Bed linen and towels can be rented for NOK 100 per set. The tenant is responsible for cleaning. If necessary, this can be arranged by the landlord for NOK 1000

New cabin built in 2023, with immediate proximity to Gålå Ski Resort, with alpine slopes and cross-country trails. 5-10 min walk to Høyt og Lavt Gålå (climbing park), alpine facilities, cross-country trails right outside the door and 5 min walk to Peer-Gynt play. This cabin is perfect for friends, families with children, and has 2 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms as well as a living room and kitchen. There are 3 double beds, 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed. Outside you have a lovely view from the terrace with a cozy fire pit and seating.

Bei uns findest du neben Sauna, Hot tub und freistehender Badewanne alles, was dein Herz begehrt! Bettwäsche und Handtücher, Shampoo und Duschgel sind ebenfalls inklusive. For rent is a new "cosy" cabin in Gålå. Relax at 860 meters above sea level with a beautiful view of Lake Gålå and the surrounding mountains. Directly accessible from the cabin is one of the largest networks of cross country tracks in Norway. The local alpine slopes are great for families. For those after more challenges, Kvitfjell and its world cup slopes is only a 40 minute drive away.

Gålå Seter - large cabin with amazing views

The large cabin at Heggerud Seter is a traditional mountain lodge on a farm with two smaller cabins, a barn and a stable. The cabin has 16 beds in 5 bedrooms. It is ideal for slightly larger groups, such as two families or a group of friends. There is good capacity for cooking, a large dining room with long tables, and a spacious fireplace room.
