The cabin is southwest facing at 1000 MOH with beautiful views of Knippa, Skogshorn and Vasetvannet. Proximity to many great hiking destinations right from the cabin.

Wild, beautiful and steep! Cabin with a fantastic view. Great natural surroundings with great hiking opportunities. Høgestølen is about 25 min from Hemsedal City Centre (Alpine Center), 15 min to grocery store, and about 5 min. to a network of cross country skiing trails. The cabin is heated with electricity and wood, heating cables in the bathroom and combined washer/dryer The cabin is steep! Car road to the door, possible to park right outside. Here you can experience total silence. In the summer there will be cows and sheep in the area.

Perfect for family holidays or couples, with many activities in the immediate vicinity; such as cycling, fishing, mountain hiking, swimming, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, tobogganing, etc. The cabins are close to each other, so several families can rent separate cabins at the same time, if you want! You can rent one, two or three cabins, depending on what you as a guest want and what we have available :-)

The apartment consists of a living room/kitchen in an open plan, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom consists of 2 comfortable beds put together as a double bed of 180 cm. In the living room there is a sofa bed with space for one person, 120 cm. The apartment is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, with fantastic views of Strandefjorden.
