The house is super nice and very bright! Having to pay an extra charge for an earlier arrival and then finding a partially dirty house was unfortunately disappointing. Communication was fast and straightforward!

We spent great days in Mariannes and Paul's house with 4 adults and two toddlers. Everything we needed was there. It was great to dock by boat right by the house and from there to do excursions. At the campsite next door is a supermarket, where you can get rolls and everything you need in the morning. Hallingen and Workum are nice to visit.

We (2 adults and 2 small children) had a wonderful weekend in the cottage. It is a spacious house with a large garden. In the garden there was a trampoline and that was according to my children the most beautiful of the weekend. The cottage has everything you'll need such as washer and dryer and a nice fireplace. It was also very nice that things like tea, coffee, hand soap and baking paper were present. The area is beautiful. We will definitely come back again.

A spacious house with everything you need. Beautifully quiet location. No overlooking and you can walk straight from the backyard into the Drents Friese Wold. The motion cameras spotted a badger, stone marten and several foxes in the woods at night. A very complete kitchen and a lovely bed. And easy key transfer using the key box. A very nice stay.

We felt comfortable in the cottage from the beginning. The gas fireplace in the cozy living room was our highlight with winter outside temperatures. In the town, everything is within walking distance and you can park at the train station.

The place has a nice and quiet location, ideal for relaxing. The layout over two levels offers plenty of space, which makes the stay comfortable.

We stayed at Annette‘s place for a long weekend with a with friends and their kids. We were 10 in total with 6 kids between 5 and 14 years old. The house with the spacious garden instantly captured the kids and us parents could start the relaxing weekend from the get go. The beautiful surroundings are great for walking, running, cycling or boating. Located within a nature reserve, there is plenty of outdoor activities to be had. We had a great time and are contemplating of going there again in the future!

Very nice accommodation half an hour from A'dam. Outside a nice outdoor bar. We had a great time with 16 adults!!

This place is great if you want to know more of what it's like to live in Amsterdam. It's a very family-friendly neighborhood, and the few neighbors we met were very nice. The kids loved the bunk bed, the chickens and visiting cat, the trampoline, and watching a movie on the huge projector wall, as well as the recommended Pllek restaurant. We also loved the huge screen (for GoT), the espresso machine, and the space. It may seem like the house is far from the city, but it's only a 15 minute drive to the docks by central station (we dropped my parents off for a river cruise), or 5 minute drive to the free ferry (with free parking) that takes you to central station. The grocery store nearby has anything you could want, and all the restaurants we tried in the area were delicious and fresh. We very much enjoyed Amsterdam Noord and the house!

Great place in a super unique location right next to a restored and operating windmill. The bed arrangement was super cool and different which our children loved. Highly recommended for any big group. Lots of sleeping accommodations and close to Amsterdam and many other attractions.

Incredible communication, incredible place!

Dennis is a very nice man, we did not have any problems with check in or check out, the house is beautiful and decorated with everything. You hardly need to bring anything. The kitchen the bathroom bedrooms were all nice and wonderful.

Spacious, practical and tastefully furnished homes. We had a connected house, perfect for our group of 15 people. The beds were good, sanitary facilities were neat (shower was less due to late water pressure). Unfortunately, we experienced nuisance every night from other visitors who were singing outside late into the night and making noise, unfortunately!There is nothing else in the area, but for a large group it was fine.

We stayed at this lovely AirBnB with 5 couples. We rented the entire residence and we all were extremely impressed with our accommodations and hosts. The property was as it was described and more. This location was central for us to journey out for day trips all over the Netherlands. Our hosts were top notch and provided great knowledge about the surrounding area. The common areas provided great place to gather and our rooms were a beautiful space to retreat. We would highly recommend to anyone, whether renting a room (as the bed and breakfast) or the entire home! Thank you to Matt and Csilla for creating a beautiful atmosphere for us to holiday as a family.

A lovely quiet place. Spacious garden, beautiful views. The house is cozy, cozy and has all the comforts. Within fifteen minutes you are in beautiful forest areas where you can walk endlessly. Also a great place for cycling enthusiasts.

Stayed in this cottage for the 3rd time. Nice place and nice contact with the owner.

We were traveling with two families (4 adults and three kids). The house has enough space. Check-in and checkout was very straightforward and personal. We had a small issue and got a response and resolved it right after getting in touch. The equipment of the house is simple and without much decoration/coziness but sufficient. The kitchen in turn was well equipped (toaster, gas stove, good microwave, pots of different sizes). Children's equipment (stair gates upstairs, high chair and crib) are available and sun loungers were brought to us. The garden is huge and has plenty of space for the children to play. Location is quiet in the middle of a holiday park. The pool was still empty at the end of April/early May. Although the weather was only warm during the day, the house was very heated and it is very clairaudient. We had a good time and can recommend the stay!

Perfect accommodation for our group. The house is as good as new and has a nice ambience. The outdoor area also offers plenty of space. We felt very comfortable.

The cottage is in a very beautiful park with a good restaurant and nice staff. The area is very green and you can enjoy walking in the adjacent forest. It is also fun for smaller children, all kinds of activities are organised. The house has all the comforts. You can cook yourself, do the laundry, there is a dishwasher and the shower is fine. And my son slept right in the bed 😊 Definitely worth it and also worth repeating.

We had an amazing stay at Sonja’s place. Everything was just perfect. The location was excellent. The neighbourhood is beautiful. A row of houses with the canal as the backyard. Absolute peace and quiet and extremely secure. It’s a 4 minute walk to the tram station where there’s a tram every 10 min to the Central Station. It just takes 10 minutes to reach Central Station. The living area and kitchen are brilliant with all necessary equipments. The backyard is brilliant with an easy access to the canal. We didn’t use the pizza oven and the barbecue but I reckon they would be great when used. There are three bedrooms on the first floor and the view from the open space from there is lovely. The bathroom is huge and has a sun roof. Overall a brilliant experience. Sonja was very responsive and left a detailed note on how things work. We (2 adults and 2 kids) loved the stay and will again stay there in a heartbeat.

A wonderful stay. Recommended! There is light, space, super clean, nice spacious garden, very fully equipped. Spacious enough for 6 adults, good beds. Excellent location, located in a well-maintained park, feels private. Good location for cycling and excursions. We felt at home and at ease.
