Three bedrooms with spacious beds, two living rooms, bathroom and well equipped kitchen. 20 meters to the nearest shops, hairdresser, gallery and Spar. 300 meters to the beach, hiking area, city center, library, pool and bus stop. From the house there are several roads you can easily get to Hamaren activity park and the treetop road. Only 5 min walk! We have two cuddly and self-contained cats, who are in touch with the house and need a little passport while you are here!

Velkommen til Sitjevegen 18. Eit koselig hus med umiddelbar nærleik til Sentrum, Tretoppvegen, Hamaren aktivitetspark og badestrendar. Det er to senger i huset, men ekstra madrasser om nødvendig. Elles har huset stor stove, med spisebord, peis, sofakrok, og tilgang til tv og internett. På kjøkkenet har du alt av redskap, samt oppvaskmaskin. Kan og nytte vaskemaskin. På badet er det toalett, dusj og vask. Ein stor veranda med utemøblar er sjølvsagt lagt til rette for dykk. God fornøyelse!

Wood Chalet on the lake close to ski area Vrådal at 12 km. The living room with wood-burning fireplace, TV sitting area, large oval dining table with 6 luxury armchairs and open kitchen is located in a 6 by 6 meters of space with wooden loft ceiling. The kitchen has a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, large oven, microwave, set of appliances. At the first floor 1 bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom includes a new luxury shower cabin with dripper. The 2nd bedroom is about 3 x 3 meters.

Welcome to the Bakery - a charming piece of history that gives you a unique experience of the authentic village life in Folkestadbyen. Built in 1895 to accommodate the growing need for bread among both workers and locals. On the ground floor there was a bustling bakery, while the second floor was the home of an apartment that breathed life in the bakery business until the 1960s. Today we have restored the second floor apartment to reflect the charming atmosphere of the 1880s.
