The light-filled 90 sqm living area is adjacent to a large roof terrace, which provides a magnificent view and invites you to relax. The Voorhuis of our national monument farm has been renovated into a fully luxurious suite with its own facilities. The original details, such as the high ceilings, the bedstee walls and even an original bedstee where you can sleep, have been preserved. No less than 65 m2 with a private kitchen, spacious living room and separate bedroom with free-standing bathtub. Toilet and spacious walk-in shower. With the option, at an additional cost, to use the hot tub, sauna and outdoor shower, you will be wonderfully.

Luka's Hut, eco-cabin with sauna by the river

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Our modern, very bright, approx. 70 m² ground floor apartment with a detached house character offers you an approx. 40 m² living/dining area with an open kitchen, dining area and fireplace, an office, a shower room with a walk-in shower, a separate bedroom, a large, covered terrace with a sauna and a sunken garden. The beach, city center and train station are within walking distance in approx. 10-15 minutes. The nearest supermarket is about 250 meters away. Dogs are very welcome here!
