The stable house is a (Tiny) cottage, partly built in the old barn. You almost literally sleep in the stables!! The cottage offers privacy and has its own terrace (also covered). Your terrace is adjacent to a meadow where horses can stand. If you wish, you can also bring your own horse and stable it with us (indoors and/or outdoors). Nieuwleusen is located in the Vecht valley with villages such as Dalfsen and Ommen. The city center of Zwolle is a 15-minute drive away, Giethoorn is a half-hour drive away.

All facilities are located on the ground floor. U slaapt op de begane grond (2 sk + eigen badk.+eigen keuken+ eigen grote woonkamer (50 m2) met hoge plafonts en openhaard. eigen ingang. 3e slaapkamer is boven via het voorhuis. Buiten aan het water je eigen terras. Ook geschikt voor groeps werk met een grote werk tafel. Vintage dus mooi, oud en gezellig. Maar niet spotless.

Het Goede Gemoed; to really rest.

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Het Goede Gemoed; "Afterwards and yet close". Good cozy restaurants are plentiful and also grabbing a movie is done in no time.

Waar alles aanwezig is voor een ontspannen verblijf voor 2-4 personen. Zeer geschikt voor een fijne vakantie of lang verblijf. Gratis fietsen voor elke gast en gratis kano's en een kajak beschikbaar. Ook is het mogelijk om een motorboot te huren of om zelf met de gratis kano het beschermd natuurgebied in te varen.

Within walking distance of the center of Bolsward, on the Workumertrekvaart, the original Frisian Eleven Cities Route, is our rural farm. In this rural and water-rich environment, we offer you a spacious room, which is equipped with a large double bed, (2x0.90), TV/seating area and a completely new bathroom with Jacuzzi. Extra sleeping accommodation is possible. We have recently created this new space in our former cowshed, which is adjacent to our private home.

"De Mooie Liefde" Tiny house in Friesland.

Our "Mooie Liefde" used to be the horse stable belonging to the centuries-old farm in which we live. In 2020, we transformed it together with a lot of love and passion into a tiny house with an old lived-in look. The green staircase leads upstairs to the beautiful loft with a 180x200 bed, with a double mattress and a double sheep wool duvet. Under the loft, you will find the beautiful bathroom and kitchen. In the beautiful Ammerland, right on the city border to Oldenburg, lies the Gerberhof. Two bright, modern apartments have been created here from an old pigsty. Get on your bike and start beautiful tours to Bad Zwischenahn, Rastede and Oldenburg from here. In 20 minutes, you can also reach the North Sea coast by car. We want you to relax, with good books, in a quiet but cozy environment, with only greenery and tranquility in front of the windows.

Vacation home on farmyard

A cozy and atmospheric holiday home on our farm. The house is built in a former barn in a quiet place, along the dike. In the spacious yard there is enough space to sit outside and enjoy the tranquility, space and nature. The house features a bedroom on the ground floor and a bedroom on the first floor. Overlooking the dike and beyond the Gouwzee. In which summers can be swimmed. Cohabitants of the farm are our chickens and sheep.
