This lovely apartment, located on the first floor, has beautiful views over the countryside, is right on the water and offers plenty of privacy. Through the front door, you enter a spacious hall where you walk up the stairs and enter the apartment. Through the hallway, you reach the bedroom with a comfortable double box spring bed. Opposite the bedroom is the toilet with the spacious bathroom next to it. At the end of the hallway is the spacious cozy living room with kitchen and also two sleeping places.

The apartment is located in the middle of the bustling village street of Langweer on the first floor above our design studio. It features a spacious living room with a luxurious kitchen (and island), two fine bedrooms with private bathroom. The entire apartment is equipped with tasteful furniture matching our design style. Hof von Donnerschwee / Helene apartment

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.

'Sauna on Sea' is the perfect getaway to relax at the Dutch coast or for an easy visit to Amsterdam. This centrally located apartment is within cycling distance of the beach and sea. Beach bars, restaurants and shops are widely available. And... You can reach the center of Amsterdam in 25 minutes by train. The train station is a 5 minute walk from the appartment. In the afternoon you can enjoy the sun in front of the house or relax in the luxurious sauna.

To get to the beach, only the island road has to be crossed. At low tide, there is the possibility of extensive hikes such as the North Sea. Bremen, Bremerhaven and Oldenburg can be reached in about 40 minutes by car. On the island there is a beach with gastronomy from March to October. Shopping 6-8 km away.
