Holiday rentals with a kayak in Frisia

Unfassbar nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Das Haus ist etwas abgelegen aber ruhig in einem Ferienhaus-Park. Ob man mit den Kanus oder Rädern (im Preis inbegriffen) eine kleine Tour machen möchte oder mit dem Auto die größeren Städte wie Amsterdam oder Rotterdam erkunen möchte - das Haus bietet dafür eine perfekte Ausgangslage. Und es gibt kaum was besseres als den Abend im Hot Tub ausklingen zu lassen.

Als kleine Familie mit einem Sohn unter einem Jahr war dies die perfekte Unterkunft. Die komplette Unterkunft ist kindersicher und bietet zahlreiche Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten. Der Garten gibt die Grundlage für z.B. wunderbare Abende an der Feuerschale. Für uns war die private Sauna im Haus ein zusätzliches Highlight, um den Tag entspannt abzurunden. Die Gastgeber sind zudem wirklich sehr freundlich und gaben Tipps für unterschiedliche Aspekte. Insgesamt können wir eine klare Empfehlung aussprechen :)

Great long weekend. The house is very well located for walks, bike tours and a visit to Groningen. The house is very confortabel. The kitchen has everything you need. In the afternoon we could have a drink in the little garden at the back.

A beautiful house in a peaceful, quiet place. It has everything we needed for a long time stay. Jorrit is very helpful, ha was always avalaible if we had any questions. We definitely recommend this place.

Casa spaziosa, pulita e ben equipaggiata. Si trova in un paesino tranquillo e molto suggestivo (la piccola Gieethorn). Micaela molto gentile e accogliente durante il check-in. Abbiamo trascorso 6 giorni in serenità e comfort e abbiamo visitato in auto vari siti dell'Olanda (Amsterdam, Keukenhof, Leiden, Haarlem, Volendam e Marken, Zaanse Schan, Gieethorn) sapendo di tornare la sera in una casetta perfetta per riposarsi. Consigliatissimo.

Het huisje ligt op een heel rustige locatie met een weids uitzicht. De bedden lagen heerlijk en de rest van de inrichting/het huisje was comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om erop uit te gaan. Het huisje ligt in een natuurgebied met veel water. Er zijn veel wandelmogelijkheden en er zijn leuke plaatjes in de omgeving om te bezoeken. Claudia en haar man zijn gastvrije vriendelijke mensen.

Fijn verblijf, prachtig huisje aan het water. Handig dat er fietsen aanwezig zijn om de omgeving te verkennen. Rustige ligging, goede bedden en de keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeker een aanrader.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het huisje is prachtig, echt schoon en voorziet in alle gewenste gemakken. Het uitzicht op het water vanuit het huisje en het teras is echt super! Buiten kun je ook heerlijk rustig zitten, terwijl er, Indien gewenst, ook vanalles te doen is in de regio. Wij vonden het zeker een aanrader!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Wendela sehr genossen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt. Das „Rosenhäuschen“ war genau das, was wir uns vorgestellt hatten. Es war unser „ Home away from home“. Und wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

What a great place! The house itself is pretty spacious, all amenities available, great, modern kitchen. Above, 2 bedrooms with top quality boxsprings. The view from the living room is like a postcard: wide view, open space, birds flocking around. Well located in between little towns, always something nice to see. Family De Witte is very responsive (got responded within 2 mins). I can only strongly recommend this place. You find peace in heart and mind.

Sehr nettes altes kleines Haus mit eigener Terrasse und kleinem Garten direkt am Kanal. Sehr ruhig und ländlich gelegen, allerdings keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Zum Erholen, vor allem wenn das Wetter mitspielt, ideal. Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, allerdings altersbedingt etwas eng (Bad). Wir hatten zu zweit ein paar sehr schöne Tage und haben uns mit unserem Hund sehr wohlgefühlt.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le logement était super ! On s’y sent très bien. L’environnement était si paisible et le lever du soleil le matin offre un très beau paysage. Le village est très mignon. Facile d’accéder en bus à Amsterdam et parfait pour visiter les alentours. Lonneke nous as très bien accueilli, très gentille et souriante.

It was such a joy to be the very first guests in this beautiful Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we could see how much love and care were put into designing and furnishing the space. Every detail feels thoughtfully curated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location and comfort of the home were ideal, allowing us to enjoy our time to the fullest.

Wir haben vier sehr schöne Tage in dem kleinen Häuschen verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Häuschen bietet ausreichend Platz und ist auch für Selbstversorger komplett ausgestattet. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr ruhig, man ist für sich und der Blick von der Terrasse auf die Weiden und Felder ist sehr schön. Der nächste größere Ort Ommen, ist binnen 15 Minuten zu erreichen und bietet sehr gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Kurzum, wer es typisch niederländisch unkompliziert haben möchte, der ist dort bestens aufgehoben.

Een heerlijke plek als je even wil onthaasten. Ook de extra aandacht was geweldig wat kan een mens zich welkom voelen.

Dit is een prachtige plek. ! Een aanrader!

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Umgebung mit sehr sympathischen Gastgebern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt ubd die Umgebung genossen. Wir werden gerne wieder hier wohnen, wenn wir Noord-Holland besuchen.

Charmant petit chalet en pleine campagne. Idéal pour un séjour en famille ! Nous recommandons.

El alojamiento estaba muy bien, y los anfitriones Erik y Jaël excelentes, muy amables e informando de todo. El alojamiento cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar una agradable estancia, con una cocina con todo lo necesario para poder cocinar (horno, vitro, sandwichera..) y un baño completo también con todo lo necesario. El alojamiento está en Watergang, a unos 10minutos de la estación central de Amaterdam que se llega fácil y rapidamente en un autobus. Si volvieramos a Ámsterdam volveriamos sin duda

L'alloggio è davvero bello e grande con una zona living enorme. Si è in piena campagna con animali della fattoria e un coloratissimo pavone. I padroni di casa sono persone adorabili ed amichevoli sempre pronte a soddisfare l'ospite: la domenica preparano un ottimo buffet per il brunch e lo servono in giardino. abbiamo adorato la pace e la calma di questo luogo.

We had the most wonderful stay in this charming cabin nestled on the property of a windmill in Alkmaar. From the moment we arrived, our hosts Kelly and Han made us feel completely at home. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect—so kind, welcoming, and full of great local tips. The cabin itself is a dream—coziness taken to the next level. Every detail was thoughtfully put together, and it was the perfect place to unwind to relax. Waking up next to a windmill felt like something out of a fairytale. Alkmaar itself is a beautiful village full of history, with adorable shops and restaurants to explore. The charming canals add to the magical atmosphere, and it’s easy to hop on a train to Amsterdam for a day trip. We’re already dreaming of our return and feel so lucky to have made such lovely new friends in Kelly and Han. Highly recommend this magical spot to anyone visiting The Netherlands!

Een heerlijke tijd gehad in Het blauwe huisje. Prachtige locatie, genoten van het uitzicht en het meer. Het huisje is klein maar fijn en alles wat je kunt bedenken is aanwezig. Bij mooi is het volop genieten van het buitenleven op het ruime terras. Mét buitendouche. Ina is een gastvrije, vriendelijke en zorgzame host. Een aanrader dit huisje!

We loved our time at Pean! It was beautiful, serene, and the house looked exactly like the pictures. I was happy to see the map of the community ahead of time so we could find our house (we arrived after dark) but they were also very proactive ahead of time in explaining how to find it. The fireplace was wonderful- very cozy and they provide some wood to start you off with. (They also sell more on location if you don’t want to bring your own.) And we took advantage of the floating sauna- easy to book, clean, and nice view of the night sky. Our kids loved the play area and assorted outdoor toys. Our dogs were thrilled to join us on vacation (by the way- pristine clean- we couldn’t tell other dogs had ever been!) All in all- we were very pleased and we would highly recommend it.

We stayed with our 5 month old for a week. Charming place, extensively equipped kitchen, wonderful living room and terrace to enjoy a good time. And Janneke was always super helpful, forthcoming and made us feel welcome!
