Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Fresnes

I already knew Vitry Sur Seine, I recommend it to everyone to spend a few days in Paris without spending a lot. It is very quiet and close to Paris, its inhabitants are friendly and kind.

Everything was great: nice and tidy apartment, convenient neighborhood, close to the metro, you can get to the city center quickly. Meli is very attentive, quick to respond and take care of guests. The photos do justice. Thank you for this great place!

The apartment was small but the location was great! We also did not find the stairs to the 7th floor to be so bad and they were definitely feasible. The apartment is very quiet, but you can quickly get to the metro and there are enough restaurants & supermarkets nearby. So for a short city trip, you can definitely recommend the apartment.

Great apartments in a nice little town 20 minutes' drive from the center of Paris. Nearby is a central street with beautiful bakeries and nice cafes. Everything matched the description, snow-white bedding, well-equipped kitchen, clean, cozy as home. Quick communication with the host.

Minh Quan was very attentive, always checking if everything was going well and giving us all the instructions necessary. The flat was really nice and the area had everything we needed. Very close to the metro and with enough restaurants and shops in case you needed anything nearby. Getting in was a bit confusing at the beginning but it's only the first time, once you have the fob it becomes very easy. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay at Cecile’s apartment. We were in town for the tennis so location was great but also easy to get around inner Paris via metro or a long walk. The supermarket is 1 block away so it was easy to shop and get food in for dinners. Kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard. The pictures of the apartment do not do it justice as it was much clearer and larger than we expected. They have a house maid that looks after the apartment so it was extremely clean and tidy. 1 bedroom overlooks Main Street and 2 other bedrooms are at the back so they are very quiet. The apartment has double glazing so the street notice was not an issue at all. There are also some fans which were great for the hot nights, although the apartment stayed very cool anyway.

Accommodation rented for 4 days/3 nights for 4 people for a professional event at Porte de Versailles. Listing matches photos. The 3 individual bedrooms are a plus among colleagues. Accommodation located in a semi-basement, so it was cool inside even with 34 degrees outside during the day. Pleasant terrace, and quiet street. Yohan and his team were very welcoming and responsive when we had questions. We will certainly rent this accommodation again for a future show if it is available!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this spacious home. Felt very safe and everything was within a 5 minute walk.

We stayed 1 night with our 3 children, the accommodation was impeccable, the sheets were super clean and smelled good! The place is quiet and cosy, the decor neat and the amenities and equipment are not lacking! We'll be happy to go back!! And we recommended it to those around us. Camille

Our stay for the weekend was great. This is a lovely place! Very big, very clean and fully accomodated. The host is very friemdly and very helpful. Parking in the neighbourhood is free, however crowded and streets are small. We fully recommend this house!

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

It was excellent, the area is very quiet, quiet neighbors. At first the building gives you the impression of being abandoned but inside the apartment everything changes. The apartment has the necessary amenities for the stay. My family and I were very happy. Linda recommended a subway app that was super useful, we always arrived at the apartment excellent.

Françoise is a great host and responded to our messages very quickly. We were a little disapointed with the apartment as it is a little run down. But the place was still quite comfortable. Thank you Françoise.

It is a nice apartment in an area next to the river so we had a nice evening walk. There is a large supermarket nearby and it is easy to get into Paris as the RER stop is minutes away by foot. We managed to park outside, as there was a parking space but we got confused looking for a permit when in fact it was a pink fob you needed to open the barrier which had been left in a candle. There were a few things I had to inform the host about who was quick to respond. Hopefully he will get those sorted - hairdryer didn’t work properly and the iron was all burnt on the bottom. Bed was comfy and water left for us which was good. There is no air con so we had a floor fan on to cool down as it was very hot. Overall a good stay.

The apartment is located in a multicultural area, with international food restaurants. The apartment is very close to subway terminals, which makes it very easy to get around the city. Vicent is extremely friendly and was waiting for us to welcome us and help us with our luggage. I should also mention that the apartment is fully equipped. Thank you Vicent for your hospitality
