Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the centre of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

Thank you so much for this stay. We took a few nights to visit Paris. Access to the metro is 4 minutes' walk and takes us directly to the centre of Paris. The accommodation is ultra functional, very well thought out and furnished. A must-see if you want to visit the capital. Tom was very responsive when we asked questions. I really recommend it.

Fahad is a great host, the apartment is cozy, close to the RER gare, very convenient to get to downtown Paris in 20min.

A clean, spacious apartment in Montrouge - a peaceful and very convenient neighbourhood, just 7 min walk from a subway (line 4, direct access to Chatelet, Saint-Michel etc). The Appartment is well equipped, you can easily cook there. Beds are comfortable and large.

The house is very welcoming and equipped with everything you need. There were four of us and we slept comfortably: two in the bedroom and two on the sofa bed in the living room. The house is easy to get to, in a well-serviced area at all hours. It should be noted that it is on the fourth floor and does not have an elevator so there are many stairs to do: we have arranged to not go out and return too many times in a day. It was a very pleasant stay, we really felt at home and if we return to Paris we will definitely contact Emilie.

The apartment is very beautiful, well decorated and comfortable, it is even bigger than in the photos. It was very clean and equipped. The bed linens smelled nice. A large TV with Netflix. The area is very quiet, with markets and a train station nearby. Disney is very close, which made it possible to return late without any problems. Kilian was an excellent host, always friendly. I recommend it and would definitely return. 😃

The apartment was larger and even nicer than in the pictures! Anna was extremely kind upon arrival and allowed for early check in and for me to leave my bags for the day after checking out. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone who doesn’t mind traveling 30 minutes to the main Paris sights.

We had a great time at Nicole’s place, for us as two families it was a great location, walking distance to local shops, restaurants, the river and parks. House was homely and welcoming and the pool was fantastic, would highly recommend.

Our stay for the weekend was great. This is a lovely place! Very big, very clean and fully accomodated. The host is very friemdly and very helpful. Parking in the neighbourhood is free, however crowded and streets are small. We fully recommend this house!

The accommodation is much more than its description on the site ,very clean , quiet and well equipped for a family of 5 to have a good stay. About 8 minutes walk from RER C station, the soundproofing of the room is not particularly good, you can hear the sound of the next door talking at night, the room is not bad

A gem of a place and a gem of a host The location is in the heart of the Marais but the apartment was quiet. Jeremy went beyond the call of duty to help us out with our arrival and departure- meeting us upon arrival with fruit from the local morning market.

For us the most important things were the nearby train station. We didn't feel unsafe walking home from the station to the apartment late at night. The nearby train can go directly to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment had a nice view just like in the photos of the listing. It had everything we needed. We don't smoke but it seemed like it was smoker friendly but it didn't smell like tobacco at all which was great.

By far one of the most magical places I’ve stayed in Paris. Albeit just outside city limits, you’re minutes from the metro and the garden view outside the living room and kitchen windows are something I’ll cherish for years to come. Xavier set up the place beautifully, was accommodating and very sweet. Highly highly recommend
