Apartment holiday rentals in Val-de-Marne

I had a fantastic stay at Carole’s apartment. It’s in a great spot, a short walk to the RER line A and small supermarkets. Carole’s place has everything you could need, and is spacious and homely. I felt right at home. It’s quiet and secure. Carole is also very responsive and kind. Merci beaucoup Carole for a lovely stay!

This stay was really great, as in the photos it is also real. Maybe even more beautiful. Lots of space and everything well taken care of. Two beautiful bedrooms with plenty of closet space. Very nice and tidy bathroom and kitchen. Just a pity that it has not been said that it is on the 4th floor the apartment. Without elevator... From the building you are quickly at the bus line that takes you to the metro station. Super convenient, we didn't do anything by car. All in all very satisfied and maybe we'll come back again. Great apartment, attentive and available host

We really enjoyed the large terrace. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet and the transit by public transport to Paris was very easy.

Our stay was lovely from our first day all the way through to end. César was extremely patient and kind during our exchange ahead of checking in despite how much I may have bothered him about being able to check in early. The apartment was clean with everything you needed in various cupboards. It really felt like a home away from home. Most importantly the shower pressure and temperature was impeccable and perfect after a long day sightseeing. The neighbourhood is delightful and makes the 10-15 minute walk to the train station seem so much shorter. Roughly 20-25 minutes into Paris on the Metro. For those with children there is a lovely park and playground nearby. We had a lovely lunch at Pizza del Piano on our first day and the food was great with an even better price tag. Can’t recommend enough. Can’t recommend César and his home enough!

Very pleasant and relaxing stay spent. The accommodation is easy to access, clean and the bed is very comfortable. Recommended.

Federico’s place is not easy to describe. It is an extremely tasteful decorated Haussmann apartment, yet it feels totally home. It’s in one of the best possible locations in Paris (my ultimate favorite area), you can walk anywhere and metro station with 1 minute walk. The interior is even more beautiful than the photos, as Federico made enhancements with top notch design elements. It is a very rich experience to spend time in a beautifully designed space if it’s designed by someone tasteful for themselves, not for a rental place for the sake of decoration. There is a prize winning famous patisserie with 1 minute walk with the best croissant, which made us enjoy incredible breakfasts on the terrace while one person enjoying Pantheon and the other enjoying Note Dame. The nights were also delightful in the terrace with your wine and hard to beat Parisian view & flowers. The communication with Federico was perfect and he helped us with everything even though we had many questions✨

Excellent accommodation, refurbished or extremely well maintained and clean. The bedding is quality. You have enough to cook. You have all the necessary equipment, however there is no ironing to do. This can be very useful, especially when travelling for work. But otherwise it's really an excellent value for money accommodation.

Géraldine is a very friendly and caring person with her guests. We recommend this apartment, which is functional, very well located (right in front of an RER train station). Géraldine is very responsive and accommodating, her apartment is Nikel, very clean, super well equipped and it's very nice. Thanks again .

The apartment was very well equipped - and we were able to make a meal for our family staying in other accommodation. The instructions for recycling, Wi-Fi etc were useful. We were able to relax in the very comfortable lounge area.

Clean, quiet and listing-compliant accommodation, I would even say better than in the photos. Very well located for what I had to do. Host was responsive and accommodating. No complaints, would recommend!

100m from metro 8, in a quiet street, the accommodation is impeccable, very practical and simply tastefully decorated. All amenities and comfort for 2 adults 2 children. Mehdi is accommodating, responsive and easy to communicate with.

This little place is an amazing find just 40 mins on the RER to the centre of Paris. the local area has everything you need and amazing restaurants around at a good rate if you don't want to pay city prices. the hosts themselves were lovely people and extremely helpful explaining the best way to get around and even provided us with our own little mini map which came in useful. we would love to stay here again and really enjoyed exploring the local area in the evening as well as the centre of Paris.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the centre of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

Great spot in a quiet neighborhood in south Paris

Great stay! The host was very responsive, understanding and caring. The place is peaceful, as described, and everything was impeccable, down to the ice cubes in the freezer. I recommend it 100%!

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.
