Holiday rentals with a patio in Fresnes

The location of the room is very good, close to the subway line, next to a large shopping mall, you can see the tower in the room, the facilities in the room should be complete, thank you for having such a good room to let me have an unforgettable four nights in Paris, the landlord is warm and hospitable, next time I come to Paris I will choose this room again!I love Paris!!

Very clean, pleasant accommodation in a quiet environment, intended for two people. The kitchenette allows quick meals but a kitchen common to all the studios allows meals with others. This room on the ground floor provides access to a charming garden where there are tables and chairs for an outdoor meal or a drink. The whole place is decorated with taste. We will come back without hesitation if we have a chance. We recommend the studios of Villa Voltaire.

Great stay at Ihsen's place and great communication. Got lots of tips and lots of help, when needed. 5 min walk to Monoprix supermarket enabled us to have meals at home, 10 min walk to the Metro, made Paris transportation easy. Also a couple of bus stops 1 min from the flat

Fabulous location , close to everything and all within walking distance and close to pubic transportation Perfect for our party of three.Great to have AC in the bedrooms as the outside temperature on 3 days was 85 F.

Our stay at Bruno's studio on the outskirts of Paris was excellent. The host was attentive and helpful, always available to assist us. The place was very well equipped, with everything we needed to easily prepare meals and coffee. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and pleasant, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The location is excellent, with easy access to the metro and the main attractions of Paris. There were a market, a bakery, and a pharmacy nearby, which made our daily routine very convenient. One of the highlights was the residence’s garden, which was beautifully maintained. The blooming rose bushes created a charming atmosphere during our stay. It was a warm and comfortable experience that we definitely recommend.

There were four of us (2 adults and 2 children) at the property for five nights. We really enjoyed it as a starting point for excursions to Paris. The RER train station is only a five minutes walk away. You can reach downtown Paris in 20 minutes. A bakery and a small supermarket are only 100 meters away. We enjoyed it very much and we highly recommend the accommodation.

Great apartment, only five minutes to reach the train. So easy access to Paris. Clean apartment with all necessities. I was very pleased!

Olga, was an excellent host that went above and beyond our entire stay and her home was beautiful as well. Olga was very responsive and provided more then enough information about details for your stay. When we arrived Olga had fresh pastries for us and if we needed anything else she didn't hesitate to get it for us. Olga was also helpful in providing local recommendations or routes to get to places. Me and my sisters enjoyed our time at Olga home and it felt like home our entire stay. I will highly recommend booking Olga's home especially if you need a place that is conveniently located to multiple tourist spots and the metro.

Our stay for the weekend was great. This is a lovely place! Very big, very clean and fully accomodated. The host is very friemdly and very helpful. Parking in the neighbourhood is free, however crowded and streets are small. We fully recommend this house!

Solveig and Julien's accommodation is very nice, clean and functional. The neighbourhood is quiet, green and flowery, well served by shops and the tram is nearby. Beautiful park with small lake, water games and children's playgrounds at a tram station. It takes between 45 minutes and 1 hour by public transport to reach the key monuments (Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Cité des Sciences, etc.). Solveig and Julien are accommodating and discreet hosts.

Celeste was an amazing host and went above and beyond in welcoming us to Paris. we benefited from a flexible check in and her many recs. Her place is tastefully decorated and well located -- not too close to the tourist throngs but easily accessible to all the major spots in Montmartre. All in all, would definitely recommend!

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Ideal for attending an event at the Stade de France and returning very quickly on foot, with a parking space under the building.

Remco’s apartment was lovely - stylish yet comfy and also quiet while being in a cute and walkable neighborhood with plenty of great cafes and restaurants nearby! Remco himself was super responsive and kind. Definitely recommend!

It’s a good size apartment for Paris. Having two bedrooms an bathrooms allowed us space. One thing to note is one of the bathroom is without the WC/ toilet which is a separate ( almost like a powder room but without a sink). It seems this is very typical of Paris apartments. The kitchen was very well stocked. Having access of pots/ pans/ utensils/ dishwasher/ oven was a huge plus for us. It’s residential area so it was nice to see the local bakeries and grocery stores. Metro is very close.
