Holiday rentals with a patio in Val-de-Marne

Fabulous apartment and super responsive hosts. Loved the vibrant location in the heart of Paris near Metro and lots of great restaurants. Apartment is bright,airy and super comfortable for my husband and I . We very much appreciated all the attention to our requests for help navigating Paris. A winner all around!

The place was cosy, clean and tastefully decorated. Kitchen has all the utensils needed for cooking. The host is very responsive and helpful. The metro is a walkable distance. There is no lifts though. So need to be careful when carrying luggage up the small staircase.

We stayed in David and Linda's house for 4 nights with our family of 5, including 3 kids. From first contact to ask about the bedding configuration, Linda was excellent in communicating and very transparent. We found the location very convenient, literally across the road from the train station - a blessing after a long day walking around the city Centre. The train noise, though noticeable if you listened intently for it, didn't bother us any more than the typical city sounds of people, cars and sirens. It didn't wake any of our kids (aged 8 and 11) and I couldn't hear it though earplugs (which I always wear because I'm a light sleeper). The house is totally private save for a single front window to the street, which has privacy curtains on it - we didn't close any of the downstairs window coverings in our whole stay and never felt exposed. The house has it's quirks - eg. squeaky stairs and the shutters were not all 100% blockout - but we felt at home and would happily return.

My family and I, a total group of 9, decided to make a small stop in Paris for one night, so this location was perfect for us with a nearby station, which brought us closer to the central area of Paris. Awesome place, quiet and residential with free parking spots available in the street and the station is 10 minutes walk or less, pretty easy to go to Paris center. The house is also really nice, felt being on an authentic french house. The host were extremely friendly and nice and made us feel at home, loved!

Our stay for the weekend was great. This is a lovely place! Very big, very clean and fully accomodated. The host is very friemdly and very helpful. Parking in the neighbourhood is free, however crowded and streets are small. We fully recommend this house!

Excellent place, comfortable house, fulfilling everything it has to offer, Elizabeth is a friendly person. The house is old but has its corresponding improvements. Everything is excellent around the house. The only thing to keep in mind the location, close to Orly airport, it is 1 hour from the center of Paris in RER, that's the only thing to think about. Everything else was excellent.

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Me and my family were on a layover in Paris and this place was perfect. It's near the metro and 10 min from the airport. It's in the middle between the Eiffle Tower and the Orly airport.

There is a large garden at the entrance. The house is very clean. Tomorrow I didn't enjoy the jacuzzi. I recommend it. It's an impeccable place.

We loved our stay at David’s apartment! It was clean, had everything we needed, and was very comfortable. David was very easy to contact, and was flexible with us during check in (a huge benefit after a long night and day of travel with our 10 month old). He sent detailed instructions with pictures and videos so we knew exactly how to get in and out of the apartment and building. It was in a great local area with lots of restaurants and shops around. Very easy to get to the metro to visit all of Paris. This was our 3rd time to Paris and David’s apartment was our favourite stay by far. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Laia’s. She was helpful and responsive even when things didn’t go quite to plan for us! The area felt safe and the flat was quiet and cosy. Having a little balcony filled with plants was really nice after the busyness of Paris. It’s also really close to the metro which made getting around really straightforward. The only thing was the stairs weren’t very safe for small children so I wouldn’t recommend it for under 5’s.

We stayed two nights in his apartment and we were surprised how well equipped it was. No detail was missing. It had plenty of towels, extra clean sheets, hair dryer, clothes iron, well-equipped kitchen with coffee, salt, sugar, oil, and quite comfortable beds. In the bathroom, there was shampoo, soap, toothpaste, enough toilet paper and wet wipes. In the living room there was a TV, board games, humidifier. There was a Lidl supermarket under the apartment building, and around the corner, a Line 9 stop that took you directly to the Eiffel Tower stop. I have nothing bad to say, my family and I were very comfortable and happy to be there. We will definitely recommend it to all our family and friends.
