Fabulous apartment and super responsive hosts. Loved the vibrant location in the heart of Paris near Metro and lots of great restaurants. Apartment is bright,airy and super comfortable for my husband and I . We very much appreciated all the attention to our requests for help navigating Paris. A winner all around!

The place was cosy, clean and tastefully decorated. Kitchen has all the utensils needed for cooking. The host is very responsive and helpful. The metro is a walkable distance. There is no lifts though. So need to be careful when carrying luggage up the small staircase.

Es un gran lugar si quieres estar en silencio y tranquilo, puedes alejarte un poco del caos de paris. A 5 minutos hay estación de metro entonces está muy bien conectado. El host siempre contesto muy amable. Recomiendo el apartamento para estadías largas y si quieres trabajar desde casa. Nosotros éramos 3 y dormimos muy cómodos. La cocina está muy bien acondicionada.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Jackys Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet, mit allem zur Verfügung. Auf dem Balkon kann man sehr schön sitzen und den Abend genießen. Die Lage ist perfekt, in der Nähe von Bus/Metro, viele Restaurants und Geschäften/Supermarkt. Die Straße ist sehr ruhig. Vielen Dank an Jacky für seine Anweisungen und Flexibilität und dafür, dass er während unseres Aufenthalts nach uns geschaut hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

We stayed in David and Linda's house for 4 nights with our family of 5, including 3 kids. From first contact to ask about the bedding configuration, Linda was excellent in communicating and very transparent. We found the location very convenient, literally across the road from the train station - a blessing after a long day walking around the city Centre. The train noise, though noticeable if you listened intently for it, didn't bother us any more than the typical city sounds of people, cars and sirens. It didn't wake any of our kids (aged 8 and 11) and I couldn't hear it though earplugs (which I always wear because I'm a light sleeper). The house is totally private save for a single front window to the street, which has privacy curtains on it - we didn't close any of the downstairs window coverings in our whole stay and never felt exposed. The house has it's quirks - eg. squeaky stairs and the shutters were not all 100% blockout - but we felt at home and would happily return.

Mi familia y yo un grupo total de 9 , decidimos hacer una pequeña parada en Paris de una noche, así que esta locación fue perfecta para nosotros con una estación cercana, que nos aproximaba a la zona central de Paris. Quiero agradecer a Duc Lam’s por hacer posible el storage de nuestro equipo hasta el momento de nuestra partida mientras terminábamos de conocer la ciudad. My family and I, a group of nine, decided to make a quick overnight stop in Paris, so this location was perfect for us, with a nearby station, which brought us closer to central Paris. I want to thank Duc Lam's for storing our luggage until our departure while we finished exploring the city.

Awesome place, quiet and residential with free parking spots available in the street and the station is 10 minutes walk or less, pretty easy to go to Paris center. The house is also really nice, felt being on an authentic french house. The host were extremely friendly and nice and made us feel at home, loved!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, hôte très sympathique. Maison au bout d'une ruelle, au calme, tous les équipements nécessaires, très bonne literie, extérieur très agréable, le hammam est un plus pour se détendre. Le métro juste à côté de la maison, très pratique pour rejoindre paris en quelques minutes. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. A recommander les yeux fermés.

Excelente lugar, casa cómoda, cumple con todo lo que ofrece, Elizabeth es una persona amigable. La casa es antigua pero cuenta con sus mejoras correspondientes. Por la casa todo excelente. Lo único hay que tener en cuenta la ubicación, cerca del aeropuerto de Orly, esta a 1 hora del centro de París en RER, eso es lo único a pensar. Del resto todo excelente.

wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf samen met mijn colega. Het was een fijn huis, alles was aanwezig. Goede wifi, compleet uitgeruste keuken. Kom er graag nog terug.

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Le sejour s’est bien passé. Le logement est propre, fonctionnel et on a apprecié la cuisine équipée. Les échanges avec l’hôte sont fluides et rapide. Merci pour l’accueil et je n’hesiterai pas à revenir au besoin

Il y a un grand jardin à l'entréela maison très propredemain j'ai pas en profité en jacuzzi je recommande c'est un endroit impeccable

The accommodation was nice in a quiet and safe neighborhood, there are many playgrounds nearby. The view from the terrace/balcony is into the courtyard. The host, Jihane, was very friendly and communicative and adapted to our arrival and departure times, which helped us a lot. There are toys available in the apartment which was great for us. Overall, we had an enjoyable holiday there.

We loved our stay at David’s apartment! It was clean, had everything we needed, and was very comfortable. David was very easy to contact, and was flexible with us during check in (a huge benefit after a long night and day of travel with our 10 month old). He sent detailed instructions with pictures and videos so we knew exactly how to get in and out of the apartment and building. It was in a great local area with lots of restaurants and shops around. Very easy to get to the metro to visit all of Paris. This was our 3rd time to Paris and David’s apartment was our favourite stay by far. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Laia’s. She was helpful and responsive even when things didn’t go quite to plan for us! The area felt safe and the flat was quiet and cosy. Having a little balcony filled with plants was really nice after the busyness of Paris. It’s also really close to the metro which made getting around really straightforward. The only thing was the stairs weren’t very safe for small children so I wouldn’t recommend it for under 5’s.

Hemin is great host and exceptionally responsive. We had great family time. Apartment is located near to metro line and having ease in transportation..overall amazing experience….
