Holiday rentals with a patio in Fresnes

Es war war alles wunderbar! Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Juliana ist stets erreichbar, sehr freundlich und flexibel. Wir danken ihr sehr für die Gastfreundschaft. Die Gegend ist sicher und schön, alles in kurzer Entfernung zu erreichen und der Blick unbezahlbar. Danke! Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Logement très propre, agréable dans un environnement calme, prévu pour deux personnes. La kitchenette permet de prendre des repas rapides mais une cuisine commune à l’ensemble des studios permet de prendre des repas à plusieurs. Cette pièce au rez de chaussée permet d’accéder à un charmant jardin où l’on trouve des tables et chaises permettant de prendre un repas à l’extérieur ou de boire un verre. L’ensemble est décoré avec goût. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation si l’occasion se présente. Nous recommandons les studios de la Villa Voltaire.

Great stay at Ihsen's place and great communication. Got lots of tips and lots of help, when needed. 5 min walk to Monoprix supermarket enabled us to have meals at home, 10 min walk to the Metro, made Paris transportation easy. Also a couple of bus stops 1 min from the flat

Fabulous location , close to everything and all within walking distance and close to pubic transportation Perfect for our party of three.Great to have AC in the bedrooms as the outside temperature on 3 days was 85 F.

Our stay at Bruno's studio on the outskirts of Paris was excellent. The host was attentive and helpful, always available to assist us. The place was very well equipped, with everything we needed to easily prepare meals and coffee. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and pleasant, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The location is excellent, with easy access to the metro and the main attractions of Paris. There were a market, a bakery, and a pharmacy nearby, which made our daily routine very convenient. One of the highlights was the residence’s garden, which was beautifully maintained. The blooming rose bushes created a charming atmosphere during our stay. It was a warm and comfortable experience that we definitely recommend.

Wir waren zu viert (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) für fünf Nächte in der Unterkunft. Es hat uns als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Paris sehr gut gefallen. Der Bahnhof der RER ist nur fünf Gehminuten entfernt. In 20 Minuten ist man in der der Innenstadt von Paris. Ein Bäcker und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind nur 100 Meter entfernt. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré la météo qui nous a empêché de profiter de la jouissance du jardin. Première impression à l'entrée du logement, un ensemble moderne, fonctionnel et surtout d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous recommandions vivement et si besoin, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Olga, was an excellent host that went above and beyond our entire stay and her home was beautiful as well. Olga was very responsive and provided more then enough information about details for your stay. When we arrived Olga had fresh pastries for us and if we needed anything else she didn't hesitate to get it for us. Olga was also helpful in providing local recommendations or routes to get to places. Me and my sisters enjoyed our time at Olga home and it felt like home our entire stay. I will highly recommend booking Olga's home especially if you need a place that is conveniently located to multiple tourist spots and the metro.

Nous avons passés un séjour très agréable. Nous gardons ce petit coin apaisant, pour une prochaines fois. Gildas est soucieux du bien être de ces occupants. Ces explications pour accéder à la maison sont parfaites. A une prochaine fois avec plaisir !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, hôte très sympathique. Maison au bout d'une ruelle, au calme, tous les équipements nécessaires, très bonne literie, extérieur très agréable, le hammam est un plus pour se détendre. Le métro juste à côté de la maison, très pratique pour rejoindre paris en quelques minutes. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. A recommander les yeux fermés.

Le logement de Solveig et Julien est très agréable, propre et fonctionnel. Le quartier est calme, verdoyant et fleuri, bien desservi en commerces et le tram est à proximité. Joli parc avec petit lac, jeux d'eau et aires de jeux d'enfants à une station de tram. Comptez entre 45 min à 1h de transport en commun pour rejoindre les monuments clés (Tour Eiffel, Louvres, Cité des Sciences...). Solveig et Julien sont des hôtes arrangeants et discrets.

Celeste was an amazing host and went above and beyond in welcoming us to Paris. we benefited from a flexible check in and her many recs. Her place is tastefully decorated and well located -- not too close to the tourist throngs but easily accessible to all the major spots in Montmartre. All in all, would definitely recommend!

Wir waren zu viert in Paris und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Der Empfang war herzlich, die Unterkunft sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders der schöne Garten und die ruhige Lage haben uns begeistert. Klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Remco’s apartment was lovely - stylish yet comfy and also quiet while being in a cute and walkable neighborhood with plenty of great cafes and restaurants nearby! Remco himself was super responsive and kind. Definitely recommend!

Nous avons absolument adoré notre séjour à The TeRRACE ! L’appartement était spacieux, joliment meublé et impeccablement propre. La climatisation était un vrai plus pendant les journées chaudes, et la terrasse privée était l’endroit idéal pour se détendre après avoir exploré la ville. L’emplacement était parfait — à quelques pas de la tour Eiffel, avec de très bons restaurants et commerces à proximité. Il était également situé à quelques minutes à pied du réseau de transports en commun, ce qui nous a permis de nous déplacer facilement dans tout Paris. C’était vraiment tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour notre séjour à Paris. Nous recommandons vivement!
