Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Fowey

We were 4 adults and a baby and had a great stay for the week. Beverley was easy to communicate with and her place has a memorable view . Great outdoor spots to view the honour and follow the sun. Nice lower green space with grass and lounge chairs and a lovely patio. Tastefully furnished, comfortable and quiet.

We had a lovely few days staying in Fowey and the house was perfectly located in the town centre. There were a couple of minor issues but Dave dealt with them promptly. It’s a great place to stay and Dave was very helpful.

It was a lovely quaint cottage, very peaceful area. We had a great time staying here while we visited Cornwall over a few days and would stay again. Amenities were fine and did what was needed. Christian was a very responsive host who helped us locate parking nearby in a free of charge carpark which was very helpful after a long journey. One thing you do not really see in the photo’s are the beautiful views of the valley throughout the property, definitely a bonus and a nice surprise on arrival. We recommend the Globe Inn for an evening meal out in the village, It is just a short walk through the village for some fantastic food with locally sourced ingredients. The Kings Arms also does a brilliant Guinness! Thank you again Christian for making our stay at the Willow cottage something to remember, I am sure we will be back in the future.

We had the most beautiful, peaceful and relaxing stay at The Anchorage. The location was superb, and the views from the house were my personal favorite part. I spent every spare minute in the sunroom looking at the ocean. There was plenty of space for us to all be comfortable and my children especially enjoyed the kids room with bunk beds! The town is beautiful and there are so many different beach options around to choose from. It is definitely a little stressful driving in the village (coming from from an American haha) but that aside it was a perfect end to our vacation and I plan on booking again (this time with some friends or maybe extended family to fill up the many bedrooms!)

Saffron House is a real gem! Centrally located, so within an easy walk of all that Fowey has to offer, and with everything we needed for a perfect home from home stay! Robert was the perfect host and even when a problem arose, it was quickly sorted.

A superb location , so comfortable and clean. We loved the 2 generous terraces 1 overlooking the harbour and the other gorgeous sun trap for the afternoon sun, just perfect.

What an incredible find! The photos looked wonderful but when we arrived did not do the wonderful place justice. The peacefulness of the street, the views and the short walk into town. All in all a very very lovely Easter break for us! Thank you so much

A lovely place to stay in Fowey right on the water. Perfect to stroll into the centre of Fowey. We particularly enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace whilst looking at the sail boats on the river. There were 6 of us and we were comfortable throughout. Would highly recommend.

This has to be the best ever beachfront apartment we have stayed in. Spectacular views, spacious balcony, superbly equipped and everything worked without any hassle. The Leisure Club is an added bonus for me - brilliant pool, fitness equipment and the jacuzzi plus the outdoor terrace and restaurant with great meals, especially the (takeaway available too) fish and chips. The purpose of this trip was a holiday for my 94 year old Mother - above all the apartment was very safe/secure, accessible, the few steps to the 1st floor are manageable and the lift means getting into the apartment is easy. Totally recommend this apartment!

My family and I have stayed at quite a few AirBnBs now around the world, and this one will always be remembered as one of the most special. It’s a beautiful and spotlessly clean apartment, with gorgeous furniture, luxurious shower room and comfortable beds, but the real beauty of spending time at Quayside is delivered by Daniel and Ross. They are such warm, welcoming and kind hosts full of helpful local knowledge… a stay here is a pleasure from start to finish! Mevagissey is a fascinating little working harbour town, and there’s so much to do in the surrounding area. We loved walking a small section of the South West coast path from Porthpean to Charlestown. Thank you Daniel and Ross… you really are wonderful people offering something very special.

Our second time staying with Siobhan, it’s a really lovely place, modern, clean, peaceful, all amenities and a great location being close to the beach and the Charlestown. Siobhan is a great host. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Ross and Daniel’s apartment. Ross met us at check in and went the extra mile even helping us carry our things! The apartment was spotlessly clean and the attention to detail really impressed us, the hosts had clearly put in a lot of effort to make sure guests felt at home there. The apartment is right by the harbour so is near lots of local shops and restaurants which we loved! Ross and Daniel were on hand throughout our stay to help with anything, they were really friendly and gave us lots of local recommendations, we really loved our stay and already can’t wait to visit again!

Joanna was a great host and we thoroughly enjoyed our few days staying at her place. She was very helpful in the run up to and during our visit and the provisions she provided on our arrival were a lovely touch. The accommodation was very clean and tidy and the price we paid to stay there was very competitive and well worth the money. The location was good for accessing nearby beaches, coastal paths and towns/sites of interest, both on foot and by car. No negatives to report!

Lovely spot just a walk from the beach. The outdoor balcony space was welcomed when the sun was shining after a long day walking. We had everything we needed! Rachel was great with recommendations and quick to respond if we had any questions or needed anything

Lovely modern apartment set in beautiful peaceful and restful surroundings. Very clean with all facilities. Clear instructions for check-in and general instructions. Felt very at home. Easy to find and some manageable steps to property. Nice beach and amazing views. Within walking distance or five minute drive from Looe-which was our main interest. Would happily book again. We had a lovely week in Emily & Matt's flat. We liked that you can walk into town but also to Fistral beach & quieter areas. Great views - I enjoyed relaxing, reading in the bay window. I treated myself to swim & breakfast at Headland hotel (special offer).

Wow, what a find! This is a beautiful place to stay. It has everything you could need and is in a great location. Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Chris is a great host. Very responsive to ad hoc messages and provides great recommendations for local places to eat, things to do etc. I loved this place so much that I have already booked again for next year. Modern spacious flat in a great location. The facilities were excellent and we appreciated the private car park. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

The view from the apartment was captivating, even when it was raining! We loved Looe and all its great places to eat and lovely beach to chill out on, everything was very easy to get too. The highlight was the coastal walk into Polperro which was very quaint and chock full of pasty shops. Highly recommend this place if you want a central location.

A beautiful apartment with amazing views. Very close to the university which was the purpose of our visit. Our host was very friendly and was excellent at communicating with us. We would 100% stay at this property again.
