House, garden & patio have amazing harbour views. Sit on the bench watching the boats. Families, couples, children & 🐕‍🦺 dogs welcome. 1 min level walk to car park. We are opposite the slipway so have easy access to launch. A 5 min walk to Fowey’s shops & restaurants. We have a 1 bed flat sleeps 2, The Slipway Suite four doors away.

Cedar lodge is a detached modern property, located up behind the main house, nestled in a semi-walled garden with a private patio area which enjoys a southerly aspect. Bi-fold doors lead into an open plan living room with a modern fitted kitchen. A sliding door leads to a bedroom with an en-suite shower room. There are heaters in the lounge and bedroom and heated towel rail in the shower room. A parking space is at the bottom of the path leading up to the property approximately 50 meters away.

Treetops is a lovely recently renovated modern first floor flat with two bedrooms. The flat has an open plan kitchen diner living area make it perfect for families with children and dogs! The flat is a one minute walk from the main carpark where you can jump on the local town bus or a five minute walk down the the hill to the main high street! The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and microwave. The washing machine is located in the outhouse in the garden!
