We very much like the place, the cleaning and the kitchen that is actually complete if someone wants to make a dinner and also to have breakfast in the apartment. We're happy with the rental.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment is cozy, well equipped and very well located. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Everything was impeccably clean, and the host was very attentive. We would definitely stay here again. I recommend it to everyone!

I loved the stay. Hosts very dedicated and attentively to requests. Electro-electronic air-conditioning in one of the very old rooms, but in operation.

The apartment is very nice and held 3 adults and 2 children well. We have perfectly met our need. The restaurant is good for those who want to rest and enjoy the pool.

Just as advertised! Employees of the gentle hotel, the host responded promptly and sent the instructions via chat. The TV in the living room is smart, which was great for spending time. Nothing to complain about, only positive points about the listing.

Amazing! Great Airbnb with all you need. The location is perfect, just in front of the beach. I felt very safe walking the neighborhood. Thomas gave clear instructions and replied immediately. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was out of order. The excessive electricity consumption will be charged additionally. I don't feel we used the AC excessively. We were never below 25°C and also didn't turn all of them on at once. However, we were also above that "normal consumption". This was a little bit weird, specially if you consider, that the door to the balcony doesn't close properly. Maybe an adjustment of the rate in order to include that "extra consumption" would be logical.

Flat well located, on the waterfront in front of the feirinha, with a wonderful view that you can enjoy the sunset. Close to several restaurants, fast food, supermarket, gas station. Close to places where you can rent bicycles, electric scooters. We are very requested and receptive and that we provide all the information we need. The place corresponds perfectly to the pictures.

Excellent! From the first contact, Angela always responded promptly with great speed, kindness and cordiality. The studio is very comfortable, well located and with a beautiful view. We loved it!

Great stay! Perfect location, a few steps from Iracema beach (the apartment even has a sea view). Well furnished, spacious, 3 air conditioners. Nothing to complain about.

I really liked the space, and even more about the location, it's close to everything, I arrived I left the car in the garage and solved everything by really walking.

Wonderful flat, accommodates a couple perfectly, with all the utensils, easy location, close to pharmacy and 1 block from the beach. The building is very residential, concierge very attentive. Although small, the flat accommodated us and our large dogs well…. Dona Fausta and Rochelle were very nice to us. I highly ❤️ recommend it and will bring my family to stay here

Quiet place, with a lot of security at the entrance, the host is always willing to answer and assist, the apartment smells good, the only flaw is that it's on the third floor 😭

The Location is perfect. Landscape for me is the best place to stay, as it is on the seaside, near the feirinha and several restaurants. The building has all the necessary structure and highlights the convenience of a restaurant/cafeteria with great price and quality. The accommodation is excellent and the apartment has all the amenities for a good stay.. I highlight the balcony, wake up looking at that sea… I have no words 🥰 The host is very attentive.

Débora is an excellent hostess, she was super kind, helpful and flexible. We stayed 6 days in the apartment and we loved, we felt at home, all clean, cozy, beautiful view, good pool, friendly concierge staff. It's close to everything and the place is very quiet for a walk. We love it!
