It comfortably accommodates 4 people, with 2 bedrooms with double beds, a sofa bed in the living room and many storage spaces throughout the house, if the number of guests exceeds the minimum number. For stays of more than 4 people up to 8, a cleaning fee will be charged for check-out and check-in of the house. Amount paid upon arrival of guests. 80 cleaning at a time. We have Internet, TV in the living room, and a fan in the bedrooms.

Easy mobility and safety

Embrace simplicity in this quiet, well-located place near the Lagoa and Parangaba bus terminals. The room is in the apartment where I live and has the convenience of being close to the airport (20 min) and Bus Station (20 min). It has easy access to public transportation to anywhere in the city, including the VLT to Macuripe and Avenida Beira Mar. It has great ventilation, an exclusive bathroom (in the hallway) and a family atmosphere.
