Apt very good, I was at work and met my expectations very well, especially for the location! Condomínio very good tbm, has clothes washers of the condominium itself and gym with a cool view, because it is in the roof, it could only have a Cross station for the condominium is excellent for concentrating several exercises in one place becoming compact… At the most very nice!

Cozy and Comfortable Modern Loft.

Very good accommodation. The street is very busy day and night. Aparenta ser tranquila. A few points: We had a mishap with a shower but the host fixed the issue. We also found the kitchen a little dirty on the walls. The gate of the entrance was making a loud noise and sometimes it did not open completely. The door of the room is very heavy, since it is a run, which sometimes gave the feeling that it was going to break. A suggestion for the kitchen, we miss a couscous kkkk as good northeasterners we are. Overall we like the listing very much. We want to go back.

I love the condo and I've been staying for a while now. Children have safety and leisure. In addition, people, including employees, are cordial and easy to communicate. I stayed at Lucas's apartment the first time and enjoyed it a lot. It had everything and was very clean and organized. Lucas's mother is kind and flexible

Accommodation within the descriptions presented on the listing, ease of communication with the host, excellent porters. The accommodation is great, the only thing that can improve is to have an air conditioning, because since Fortaleza is very hot, even having 3 fans is something that for me that I am very warm, I missed it. But even with this missing detail the property is very worth staying. The location of the excellent property is close to everything. I recommend the accommodation.

it was 9 excellent days, we loved the place as well as the whole structure itself, cozy and welcoming atmosphere, we couldn't have made a better choice to spend our Christmas. The apartment had many super necessary kitchen items that we often don't find in other Airbnbs, a comfortable bed and a delightful hammock on the balcony, as well as an impeccable ocean view. I highly recommend it. we loved everything ;)

Manu has been a super attentive host since the booking. Space is exactly the same as in the pictures and the view of the room is simply amazing. Beautiful apartment. Modern decoration. Completely complete. Very beautiful view. Extremely comfortable furniture mainly with high quality bedding, plot and towels. Well-equipped apartment for kitchenware. The pictures were beautiful but still I was positively surprised when I arrived. Anphotriao very helpful and friendly. A great choice!

I was very well received, with an employee available to hand over the keys as soon as I arrived. The apartment is super cozy, well organized and was impeccable, with clean sheets and towels. Air conditioning and shower working perfectly. The entrance and exit were quiet, and the location is great, with a market and bakery close by. For those who like to train, there is still a gym available. I recommend and would definitely return!
