The apartment is quite spacious and has all the necessary items for a long stay. It has a great location and is super quiet. We were greeted by Juan's parents, who are very caring and welcoming, quickly ready to help. It was a wonderful stay, I highly recommend. Joyce and Alice

Wonderful apartment! My parents loved it so much they're going to buy one in the same condominium hahahah. Good location, easy access to the beaches. Clean, organized apartment, had all the utensils to make a meal or any need. Wonderful neighbors and very good pool area. I have nothing to say, other than thanking Marlene for her good service.

Everardo was a great host, he even gave us a ride to the mall. Everything went well with my stay!

I stayed with my family to spend Mother's Day in Fortaleza, I went with my grandmother too, despite the access being by stairs, my grandmother was able to climb normally because she had a handrail to hold herself. In addition, as she only sleeps in a hammock, we managed to put a net so that she slept comfortably. Super clean and ample locale to go with many friends or in large family, great cuisine to make meals and save a little on the exits. Paulo was an excellent host, helped my parents and my grandmother at check-in, recommended several places to visit, and always super willing to help with any difficulty.

Big house, with a garage! Very good location, very centralized in the city! Calm and totally quiet street, no neighbors made noise. The price was very good!

Wonderful flat, accommodates a couple perfectly, with all the utensils, easy location, close to pharmacy and 1 block from the beach. The building is very residential, concierge very attentive. Although small, the flat accommodated us and our large dogs well…. Dona Fausta and Rochelle were very nice to us. I highly ❤️ recommend it and will bring my family to stay here

Clean, organized apartment, very safe place, very well located. Close to the mall, pharmacy, supermarket. Communication with the host is extremely quick. Comfortable beds, air-conditioning. We felt at home. We recommend the stay and will be back for sure.

The accommodation is excellent, it matches the listing. Only the surroundings are very noisy, with bars and karaoke until morning. If you're a light sleeper, you might have trouble sleeping. Otherwise, the stay was great, satisfactory.

Staying at William's rental exceeded all my expectations, impeccable location, accessibility to many things around, not to mention the lush sea view from the balcony and the bedroom itself. William is super proactive, friendly and always willing to answer any questions and welcome you during your stay, always responds quickly and cares about the smallest details. Staying in this accommodation certainly made our trip much better. I will definitely come back other times, my family loved it!
