We really liked the apartment! It is comfortable and with the necessary amenities, everything works. It has air-conditioning in both bedrooms and the beds are good. It has a very spacious balcony, with a hammock and a beautiful view. The apartment is also well ventilated and lit. We had a great experience, including communication with hosts (Flávia is easy to communicate with and attentive). Giovanni, who takes care of the apartment, is extremely attentive, helpful and decisive, he helped us with any needs. The location is perfect, next to Kitecabana and close to the center. I would definitely recommend this place and would come back! :)

Walter received us very well, I, my wife and our baby, we feel at home, explained all the watering of the condominium, always replying to the messages, we stayed at the flat about 10 days, very quiet, very fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, swimming pool, gym, is a 100 meters from the beach, foot in the sand, gave tips of restaurants and walks in the region, I recommend it too much, condominium has a mini market, I recommend it mainly in long stays, when we came to Fortaleza we already have a preferred place to stay, everything was worth the note worth 1000.

Our stay was wonderful, everything as planned, the place is great for those who want to rest and are looking for a stay away from the crowds on the beaches of Fortaleza. The Condominium is impeccable, everything works well and has everything we needed. Next time I go, I'll just stay there, without tours of the surroundings because you don't even need to, after all the condominium beach is enough. I do not recommend it for those who want to keep going back to Fortaleza because it is far away and you end up wasting a lot of time commuting. I'll be back for sure, you can count on it, Mariana.

There are 3 SUITES WITH air CONDITIONING, that is, you host 8 people with great comfort. The town of Aquaville has a food square that works at night with hot dogs, hamburger, pasta, pizza, acai, snacks, in addition to non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. The position of the block is in front of the lake and close to the beach with private entrance. Great fun for the entire family. With regard to the guest, I also give 5 stars! Mr. João is thoughtful, polite and helpful. We will certainly be back.
