Everything as described, clean apartment, with new furniture… all the items we were looking for we found in the apartment. A beautiful view!!!

I had an excellent stay in Elizamar's apartment. The view is simply wonderful, with a wide view of the waterfront - perfect for relaxing and enjoying the place. The apartment was impeccable: clean, organized and with an attention to detail that really exceeded my expectations. It's always good to see when the host cares about every aspect of the experience. Elizamar was extremely attentive throughout the stay, which made all the difference. I definitely recommend it to others and hope to return soon!

Ricardo exceeded all expectations as a host. The apartment contains everything that is necessary for a few days of accommodation and comfortably accommodates up to four people. There is the possibility of consuming both in the hotel and in the apartment itself, buying through Ifood, for example. Mr Ricardo's tips are essential for those who want to save on food. The resort is next to Beach Park and you can enter the water park 1 hour before it opens. The beach is practically private, and has a lifeguard on duty. The pool area is also super monitored. There are several activities for both adults and children. I lack words to describe the infinity of affective memories that were created in the days I stayed in the apartment. I hope to return soon. Super indico with my eyes closed.

A beautiful, compact, apartment at a really lovely beach!

Wow, if I knew it was as beautiful as in the photos, it had stayed more days, hahaha! The location is perfect, on the side of the dunes, perfect for watching the sunset, downtown, quiet neighborhood, full of restaurant options on Broadway. Coming down the street, you go out on the beach. You can do everything on foot! The loft is beautiful, a rustic touch with paintings and handicrafts, I was in love. Everything needed for basic meals.

We had a great time in this extremely well-located apartment. The view is indeed incredible and Raphaela is a very pleasant and responsive host by message if needed. A great place that I recommend without hesitation.

I still didn't know Canoa Quebrada, even though I've lived in Ceará for 25 years. It is undoubtedly one of the paradises of our state. Staying at Casa de Flora made all the difference and made our little trip even more special. The house is unique — simple, but extremely comfortable. We truly feel at home. It faces the beach and, for those who like to walk, access to the centre is easy. The place is safe and welcoming. Couldn't have wished for more. We wholeheartedly recommend it! We will definitely be back!

Extremely satisfied with my stay at Gabriel's place. The house is big and perfectly accommodated my family. The pool is larger than appears in the photos. The view of the river is even more beautiful in person and we did an amazing tour with one of the boats that are located nearby, I recommend to those who stay do it as it is also worth it. Gabriel was attentive throughout the stay, always answering any doubts or recommendations. When we arrived there was an issue with the refrigerator that was already being resolved. The house needs some punctual repairs, but nothing that really gets in the way, I take into account that it is a house that takes a lot of air and I understand certain wear. I highly recommend the space and I want to return for sure.

It's a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beach, literally right in front of you. The house is also very charming and well-equipped. It has a restaurant next door, with very tasty food. Anyway, it's a wonderful place and well worth knowing, as well as returning.

The house is beautiful, with details in the decoration, a stone's throw from the sea, large, comfortable; the photos do not reflect the beauty of this house. The hosts are extremely empathetic, with excellent communication, and very helpful. A special mention for Junior, who welcomed us with beautiful energy and was always attentive to our well-being. It's really a place to recommend! Living in this house was a beautiful experience. Thank you very much for everything! And we'll be back!

This house is worth every penny. It is exactly as it is in the description, if you doubt even much better. I've been to Icapuí three times and this was undoubtedly the best house I've ever stayed. Comfortable, very clean, has everything in the kitchen that's needed. Sitting down, near the beach, brings some differences in the routine, you only climb the buggy or the staircase, it is important to take inputs and plan in relation to the climbs. It has a Freitas market that delivers the shopping in its own house and on Saturday there was also a boy selling fish, shrimp and lobster on the beach in front of the house as well. We made the boat trip with RD, too good people and Felinho, it was the one responsible for the buggy that took us for the tour and for lunch, super sweet and good people too! It is well worth trying your stay in Picos near the beach! You can go without fear.

Beautiful place and great stay

FANTASTICA!!!! I can't even describe what André's space is. It's much better than the photos!!! Our group loved the vibe of the house, the BREATHTAKING view, the cozy house, the practically private beach!!! We had a fish barbecue on the beach, hired Neide who cooks exceptionally, and several unmissable tours take place from André's house! I would also like to thank André, the wonderful and accessible host. Anyway... I'm already planning to go back!!!! Obrigadoaaaaaaa

It was great! Super quiet! We are comfortable, the house really is everything that is in the photos, clean, the home attentive, always ready to answer ! I will go back.

It was all great. Perfect accommodation. Only the shower of the social bathroom (from the service area) was not working, it did not have the shower installed. Another note that should be made: condominium employees collect our things if we are not at the tables near the pool and take them to the guardhouse. I went twice to bathe in the sea and collected my belongings that were on the table. I found this boring and constragedor, as I was with the elderly and children, I had to look for another place to accommodate them.

Denise is a point outside the curve. Always very attentive and helpful, willing to help and if any unforeseen event occurs, we have immediate help. Super indico. I want to go back more often.

The apartment was very cozy, we felt at home from the first minute. In addition, I would like to congratulate the host Marcus, who was always very attentive, responded super fast, and made check-in flexible. The condominium was one of the best I've ever stayed in 1000/10! Excellent! The entire condominium staff was very kind, all the employees! It's a place that makes you want to come back to live. We love everything!

I don't usually comment on reviews, but I insist! Daniel has always been very attentive. They asked questions before they even booked. The apartment matches the images and descriptions. Very spacious. Ventilated. Quiet. Beautiful sea view. Comfortable beds. Sheets and towels were provided. All rooms are air-conditioned. Quiet leisure area. I live in Fortaleza and booked the apartment for a family getaway and everyone loved it. I'm sure we'll be back. Once again, I thank the host for always being available to answer questions. We will definitely return to Índico.
