Holiday rentals with a patio in Fort Walton Beach

Five Enthusiastic Stars! This is one of the most enjoyable stays we’ve ever had! Being a short walk to the beach, just steps to the pool from our unit, relaxing and thoughtful decor in a clean, family friendly atmosphere are just a few of the highlights. Every amenity was thought of, and we didn’t have to run out and get any extra supplies to feel at home during our stay.

James is amazing host- very responsive and accommodating. Place was exactly as described, great location, very cute and clean. View is amazing and pool downstairs is a big plus for the hot days. We came to Destin for baseball tournament -we love the place. Strongly recommend.

Our condo was great with a beautiful view. We would definitely stay here again. Our host was very quick to reply with any questions or concerns that we had.

We stayed for a little over a month and I can’t recommend this place enough! Such a great location and the Back yard beach area is beautiful and a nice place to relax!

This place was great! Close to the beach, but also far enough to have some peace and quiet. They also had beach stuff available for us like chairs, cooler, towels, buckets and shovels, etc. Overall, an amazing experience!

Paula was a great host and very friendly with a quick response time. Her unit looked exactly like the pictures and had everything we needed for our stay. The beach front balcony had the perfect view of the beach and pool area. We would definitely rent from her in the future.

This is our second time staying at Emily & Ian’s place this season. They are such attentive, wonderful hosts. Their place is spotless, well decorated, with an unbeatable location. The beach is a 3-minute walk across the street, or pool is just steps away! There is a charcoal grill next to the pool that we utilized daily. And Publix is a 4-minute drive. We love it!

Our stay at Garrett’s place was genuinely perfect. He thought of every question we had before I even asked it. His communication was top tier and he was extremely helpful! As far as location, you can’t get any better. The condo itself is right on the beach and has everything you could need even including beach chairs and an umbrella. Fort Walton also is located incredibly. It is just close enough to Destin to travel for dinner or even for the day but tucked away in a calm peaceful town with little to no traffic that most beach towns have. The beach that the condo is located on is not crowded at all since it is towards the end of the beach and so it is very peaceful. All around a 10/10 experience.

The area the house was in was on point. The house we loved it. Everything was in place and we will most definitely stay again. Keep up the amazing job you are doing 💯

Had an awesome stay at Sugar Sand Cottage with my family. The location is great and a short drive to various restaurants and activities. We loved the short walk (5 min) to the private beach with umbrella and chair service each day. The chair attendant had great local restaurant recommendations that we tried. The house is just like it’s shown in the pictures. We loved the layout with the porches overlooking the pond and private pool at night. Nichole was very responsive and can’t recommend this place enough. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the Destin area.

Nancy is a great host! 💫 The view was so nice especially to watch the very common occurrence of lighting! ⛈️ Just as an FYI, we didn't realize we'd be taking the toll road to Destin so keep that in mind ($4 each way). 🤑 The bed was new, but way too soft for my husband and I... Caused us to sink into each other and unfortunately, lead to uncomfortable/minimal sleep. 🫤 Lol we also didn't realize it's a sliding barn door to the bathroom so one of us would go outside to ensure privacy 🤫 We still really enjoyed our stay and leveraged MANY of our hosts recommendations from her guide book! 🤗

This was the perfect stay for my finance and I. The location was minutes from the hustle and bustle of Ft Walton. The space was clean, cozy, and quiet! Although smaller, it’s exactly as pictured (which we clearly knew). Plus, how much time do you spend in your room on vacation?? We were excited to find additional towels in the bathroom, extra beach towels, chairs, etc. in the closet, too! We’d stay again for sure!

Corey’s place worked great for our family traveling through. It’s a great value for how close it is to Pensacola Beach and having 3 beds, good kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities. The neighborhood wasn’t very attractive and felt a bit crowded with houses so close, but there was plenty of parking space, we felt safe and it was quiet. The house was was nice and clean inside.

We loved this house/location. It was only a short drive to anything that we wanted. The house was perfect. Very clean, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels, laundry room and lots of games for us to play in the evening. Large kitchen which was stocked with everything we needed. Outdoor kitchen/grill was perfect for our grilling. Sitting out on the back porch was our favorite! Kids swimming, so peaceful and surrounded by a beautiful back yard. Absolutely recommend!!

It was a very nice place didn’t expect how nice it really was. I recommend this place to anyone that’s going out of town in Fort Walton Beach. Y’all have a blessed day.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Sandestin! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We especially appreciated how quiet and peaceful the area was in the evenings. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt, which made check-in and check-out a breeze. We’d definitely love to come back and stay again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great stay in the Sandestin area!

We stayed at Preston and Sarah Kate’s for Memorial Day weekend with our 1 year old and we had an amazing time. I was so impressed by how detailed all of the instructions were and the convenience of have a site we can refer to that answered an questions we would have, including local recommendations. The best part of all is that this place is literally across the street from the beach entrance and has a quiet area reserved for guests. Preston and Sarah Kate have everything you’ll need for the beach which makes it super convenient for traveling without the worry of overpacking or buying things you’ll only need once. Can’t recommend this place more! Look forward to our next stay!

We absolutely loved this place! It is beautiful and had everything that we were looking for during our stay in Florida. Christian was an excellent host. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Chelsea was an amazing host! Even though our trip was for one day, we definitely felt right at home. The condo offered the perfect views and accommodations for our families. The only issue we had was with parking because of the construction, which left very little parking spaces available for the second vehicle we took. But it all worked out! Other than that, HIGHLY recommended 😊 Okaloosa Island will always remain our favorite spot. Thank you for hosting us & allowing us to create more family memories! ❤️

Wonderful stay in Destin. Excellent location! Close to everything. Private beach access was perfect. Beautiful beach and plenty of room. Even a little bar and restaurant called the Sand Flea. The apartment has everything you need and can think of. Loved how the outside closet has everything you could need for the beach. Plenty of towels, even beach towels. Kitchen has everything you would ever need to make anything. The Keurig machine was nice for coffee. Washer and dryer was so nice to have. Josh was always available and responsive whenever we needed. We felt right at home and welcome. The family had a wonderful time. The welcome basket with goodies was nice too. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place in FWB. Nice view of the bay and pool was never crowded.

The condo was the best we have stayed in. The furniture upgrades both inside and out were a nice unexpected surprise as they weren’t shown in the booking photos. The bed might be the most comfortable ever made! My only complaint, and it’s not really a complaint, is the beach service is a little confusing. You do get chairs and umbrella included but to insure a front row you need to be on the beach early and talking with the guy putting out the chairs about securing some, it’s first come first serve on ones that aren’t reserved. You can also pay $15.00 extra a day to reserve a set. The beach service guy was awesome and took great care of us all week. Highly recommended! Oh, and the pool was not heated and in first of May was a little cool but certainly is of no fault of the owner.

This bnb was prefect for our Fort Walton vacation! It was clean, comfortable, and had a GORGEOUS view! 10/10 would recommend staying here! Nothing beats having breakfast on the balcony listening to the waves crash!
