Our Unit is located on the 4th floor with partial beach/ocean views as well as the bay view. Walk to the dock & eat or sign up for a fishing charter, or rent your own jet skis or pontoon boat and make your way to Destin's Crab Island! Downstairs is the Lazy River, Waterfall pool, 2 heated pools, and 2 heated jet spas. Wristbands are required for this area. Guests can use the sky-bridge to access the beach, restaurants, and entertainment.

Unit has fully functional kitchen and wifi included. Master bedroom beach/sunset views! Sleeps 4 adults with use of sofa bed in living area and additional cot-sized bunkbeds.

Our spacious Penthouse has amazing views on top of the world! Come enjoy our relaxing condo with 2 porches to see all of Okaloosa Island, sailboats, & kite-boarders for miles. Or have a romantic evening on the roof top patio with a huge hot tub that overlooks beautiful Choctawhatchee Bay. We are located on Okaloosa Island. This island connects Destin to Fort Walton Beach. We are on the bayside. We now offer 1 set-up FREE beach service March 1-Oct.31st. Must be 25 or older to stay.

As soon as you enter our 3rd floor beachfront condo, you will leave all your cares behind and unwind while enjoying a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico. You can walk to the beach straight out of the building, no need to cross any roads. Many updates done in March 2021: brand new queen size sleeper sofa bed, brand new stainless steel refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave, brand new furniture, new paint, new flooring, and brand new TV's. We have Netflix and high speed WiFi.
