Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Fort Collins

We were attending wedding activities over three days in Longmont which is a half hour drive each way so we were on the fence about booking Marda's place. We're so glad we did though. There are too many special touches to mention them all, but we loved the hardwood floors, the tile choices in kitchen and bath and the comfortable bed with beautiful linens. Plus the windows are great, letting in lots of natural light while keeping the house very quiet. There's a covered porch out back with a table and chairs, all looking out on a green lawn and some big trees. Also provided were two bikes with helmets, but we didn't use them because we'd brought our own. The bike paths in the area are wonderful. The place had everything we needed and the house manual and other instructions for kitchen appliance, w/d, etc., are there if you need them. I highly recommend the Love Shack!

The house was lovely, spacious, and in a beautiful neighborhood. Our hosts were thoughtful in the amenities included and we had everything we needed and plenty we hadn't even thought of! I would definitely stay here again. One thing to note: this is an older house (though it doesn't look like it inside) and the hardwood floors were incredibly squeaky. If you are sensitive to such things, this might not be the place for you. After a couple hours, I just felt it added to the charm and was not a deal breaker in the slightest!

Gregory’s home was very clean with fun amenities that we all enjoyed! The home is comfortable and Gregory communicates quickly and well. We loved the Star Wars toaster 😄! The hot tub on the roof is extremely enjoyable and directions for use clear. We took advantage of the cruiser bikes and the location of this home with close proximity to the Poudre bike trail, old town Ft. Collins and New Belgium brewery makes them especially fun! All beds were comfortable and the sheets super soft! Loved that touch. The home is well stocked with thoughtful details. Parking is easy and well communicated. We will definitely stay at Gregory’s home again and highly recommend this home.

Had an amazing stay with my family, just wish it could have been for longer! Jeanna is extremely friendly and her place was just as it is described. It is actually a bigger apace than it even appears in the photos. We felt right at home as soon as checked in. Hope to stay again if we are ever back in town.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Livermore, CO! The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking views from the deck—sweeping vistas of rolling hills and vibrant sunsets that made every evening magical. We had a lovely stay at Matthew's! The house was adorable and just the right size for us. The oudoor area was full of beautiful plants, trees, and flowers. We definitely found a gem that we look forward to visiting again.

Our stay at the Empty Nest was comfortable and cozy. The neighborhood is safe and the location is convenient to pretty much anything you'd want to do in FOCO. Glenn is attentive but not intrusive. We were happy with our visit & will likely return.

I had a fantastic stay at Tim’s apartment in Fort Collins! Communication was excellent from start to finish—Tim was responsive and thoughtful, and his local restaurant recommendations were spot on. Traveling alone with my small kids, I really appreciated how safe and comfortable the space felt. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we could have possibly needed. Plus, being able to walk into town quickly and easily was a huge bonus. We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Marc has a beautiful home! Waking up and being surrounded by mountains is an amazing feeling and adds so much to the experience! The place was very cozy and has a homie feel. There are lots of things to do around Boulder and great places to explore!! I would recommend this stay to anyone.

We were so pleased with how well-stocked your place was with all the little details a traveler might need, from kitchen spices and sauces, to board games and good books. Everything was spotlessly clean, and it was amazingly quiet at night even though it's on a thoroughfare. It felt very private and peaceful. We will definitely book this spot every time we visit Fort Collins.

My boyfriend and I had an absolutely wonderful time in Boulder June 2025 and it was amazing to come back to Jennie’s place after a long day of hiking and fun! Beautiful, quiet neighbourhood, cool and comfortable apartment with kitchen with all the essentials and super comfy bed! Jennie was lovely and always available if we had any questions. We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb in Loveland. The home was beautiful both inside and out - clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully decorated. Despite being located near an industrial area, the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet and serene, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. All the accommodations were excellent - everything we needed was provided, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this place to others. The host was super communicative and gave detailed instructions. The lock was easy to use and worked well. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. I loved the space, how clean it was and all the kitchen supplies, extra blankets and board games supplied. Great value.

Felt like home away from home while working in Colorado. Would have loved to stay for good. Everything need is nearby but the property is located away from busy streets.

We loved our stay at Natsliya's. Her condo was comfortable and peaceful. Close to everything we wanted to do, no more than 15 to 20 mins. we loved relaxing on her beautiful patio! Nataliya was responsive and gave excellent suggestions. Highly recommend her condo!

This AirBnB was everything we wanted and more. The location can't be beat, right across from CSU and over a lovely, quality, and friendly restaurant below. The vibe of whole building is happy and peaceful, even with the bustle of the restaurant below during the mornings. We felt safe and cozy - which was good, because we ended up having to leave our 13 yr old son there most of the weekend because he came down with a horrible bronchial infection, poor guy. But the couches and recliner chair were super comfy for him to hang out on, and the throw blankets! I actually took a pic of the tag on one bc I must have it. The beds were comfy, too, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Finally, we were able to walk to so many different places - the location is unmatched. We had a great stay, and would reserve this place again!

Check-in and check-out was a breeze. We used this as a "home base" for exploring RMNP and surrounding area. Perfect to accommodate family of 5 with three adult children for a quick Mother's Day trip.

There was a vase of beautiful bearded iris flowers on the table. Clear instructions available. Being right across the street from Hays Market was great for us. Briefly ran into Kelly outside, super friendly. We will be checking availability next time we are in the area.
