Just steps away from 15 miles of trails, great for hiking and biking that run along Devil’s backbone from our back door to Horsetooth Resevior. A short drive to scenic Estes Park, or an hours drive to the mile high city of Denver. Our one bedroom carriage house on two acres is a perfect relaxing getaway. You'll have access to the entire place (just mind my things tucked away) including 3 full bedrooms (2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 in finished basement), 3.5 baths, laundry, entertainment & bar. My place is close to public transport & activities and great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). NO cleaning fees & stocked with food you are welcome to consume. I have bikes that can be used too.

Although it is attached to our home by one wall, the place will be entirely private to you with its own entrance and plenty of side street parking. The apartment is wheelchair ready throughout the space. Being located in midtown, it’s easy to access all of Fort Collins. This is a perfect spot for short or long-term visitors. This has to be one of the best locations in Fort Collins! Just 3 blocks to CSU, 2 blocks to Old Town, and all the dining, breweries and shopping Fort Collins has to offer, plus a Lucky's Market grocery store 1 block away. The condo itself has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom a pull out sofa, and a well stocked kitchen. Perfect for couples or friends. This is a downtown location, so if you are noise sensitive, keep in mind there will be typical downtown noises etc

Private, Friendly, Midtown Studio

Convenient mid-town Ft Collins location. Private, separate living space from our home, studio with with bathroom, mini-fridge, TV, and private entrance. Located at the end of a friendly cul-de-sac. Near CSU campus, the new football stadium and a short bike ride to Old Town Fort Collins. A friendly yellow lab lives in the main house, along with a cat, 2 adults, and 2 kids. (However, our animals are not permitted in the rental space.)
