Lovely place to stay. Susan's apartment was the perfect space for two. Comfy bed, clean bathroom and cute neighborhood. Easy drive to Boulder and surrounding areas. Host provided great instructions and everything was as described. Would highly recommend.

Bright comfortable space in an excellent location. All we needed for a 4 day stay in beautiful Boulder.

the host was super helpful. she hooked us up with some coffee and s coffee press when one wasn't available. the place is very peaceful and quiet. make sure to read the description because it's very rustic and has a cabin feel. which we enjoy but it's not everyones cup of tea. I'll recommend it to anyone who enjoys that feeling of nature and camping.

The view from the rooftop was absolutely beautiful. Erik was very proactive on making sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. House is very cute and homely. Very accurate from the pictures and descriptions online. Within walking distance to almost everything you need. Highly recommended Erik and his family to host your next getaway!

Our stay at the industrial chic studio apartment was everything we could have wanted in a beautiful historic district of Boulder. For a small space, it was so well designed that it felt very roomy for two people and two small well-behaved dogs. Extremely comfortable bed. Exceptionally clean, quiet and simply decorated. No clutter at all like you have in some Airbnb rentals. Conveniently located two blocks from Pearl St Mall. Walkable neighborhood with June flowers and shrubs in full bloom. We'd like to stay here again.

The perfect cozy North Boulder getaway ... David and Pam were very friendly & accommodating hosts, periodically checking in and showing me the ropes around the property. It's very clear they take pride in their landscaping - with lush greenery that makes for a delightful outdoor space. The studio is squeaky clean and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again!

My wife & I really enjoyed our 3 nights at the Carriage house. Everything was top notch. Updated Kitchen and kitchen appliances. Updated shower including good water pressure. Even the stair way and the lockbox were updated. Coffee beans ready to be ground and brewed. The location was perfect - walking distance to both Old Town and CSU. The is separate from the main house - located atop a garage. Super quiet during the day and evening. Parking spot right outside the gate at the base of the stairs was super convenient. At 6 foot 4, I only bumped my head twice on a few of the angled ceilings. But all good and I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return! The cottage was incredibly clean and had a fresh, welcoming feel. We especially loved the large windows that looked out onto the beautiful flower garden. The location was perfect and just a short walk to Main Street

Check-in was easy and flexible. The house is in a very nice area, walking distance to old town and close to CSU's campus. Michelle was extremely nice and attentive throughout our stay. Any questions or concerns we had received a quick response. The unit itself was clean and well-maintained. Despite the cool fall weather during our stay, the unit kept a comfortable temperature and the air/heating worked well. Would definitely stay again when I am back in the area.

What a lovely place to stay! We called it The Oasis — the second-story windows overlook the peaceful shaded landscaping with soothing greenery and water features. The interior is just as attractive. Very clean kitchen and bathroom, comfortable furnishings and bed, all the amenities we look for — Jennifer and Chadd provide everything for a five-star experience. Highly recommend!

Crystal has taken care of every detail one could imagine. Almost new construction with high quality furniture, appliances and kitchen items. Quiet. Great location.

great location for us to have an overnight prior to heading in the mountains, but would love this space for extended stays as well. Clean and relaxing. Quaint little patio. Walkable neighborhood and removed enough to not deal with heavy traffic. Highly recommend

You couldn’t ask for a nicer host and place to stay. She welcomed our dog and her place was supportive of everything we needed to make the trip perfect. Having a fenced in yard for the pup was exactly what we needed along with privacy and close access to All of the amazing things. Fort Collins has to offer. Thank you again for providing such a wonderful place to stay.

Kristen’s casita was beyond optimal for our venture to Ft. Collins. Walkable spots include the delicious Colorado room, Lucille’s, hello brew and explorado (pretty much everything in old town), CSU, poudre river, etc. The casita was immaculately clean. The only drawback is the lack of closet space. Kristen was extremely friendly and quick to respond to communications. I would return to her abide in Ft. Collins in a heartbeat!

We had a great 3 night stay in Boulder at Digger’s place. Great studio space, comfortable bed and sofa, and a beautiful view of the Flatirons. We enjoyed the neighborhood, close enough to walk to restaurants and cafes but also quiet and charming. Digger was friendly and helpful and made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be back next time we visit Boulder!

Our stay at the Little Luck Farmette over the weekend was great. The place was clean and cozy. It wasn’t too far from Boulder and other local sites and activities which was a bonus for us. Our overall stay was amazing and we would definitely return in the future.

The apartment is just as advertised. I would happily stay there again.

This was a fantastic place for a one night stay as my wife and I were traveling! The place was very cozy, and Kourtney was incredibly responsive and helpful in providing dining recommendations!! 10/10 recommend!

Lofty ceilings that made it feel larger and more open than a one bedroom. Colors and details were tastefully juxtaposed. Quality setup, furnishings and amenities. Well equipped and nice touches. Great places to eat within a few minutes drive: Sweetbeets, Anchan, and Rosario’s. Nice public golf courses. Thank you for offering this as a rental! Until next time.
