Originally built in 1895, this beautifully refurbished 3 BR 2 BA single-family home includes a large outdoor living space with a PRIVATE hot tub, gas grill, outdoor propane fire pit with seating for 8, and a separate area housing two playful goats. This retreat is in a quiet location within walking and/or bicycle distance to everything Old Town Fort Collins has to offer. Government issued ID required upon request. NO PETS, NO SMOKING, AND NO PARTIES.

Private, Friendly, Midtown Studio

Convenient mid-town Ft Collins location. Private, separate living space from our home, studio with with bathroom, mini-fridge, TV, and private entrance. Located at the end of a friendly cul-de-sac. Near CSU campus, the new football stadium and a short bike ride to Old Town Fort Collins. A friendly yellow lab lives in the main house, along with a cat, 2 adults, and 2 kids. (However, our animals are not permitted in the rental space.)

Located in Old Town Fort Collins on Plum Street, one block from Colorado State University, and within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife. This is a brand-new carriage house. It has a private entrance, private parking, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms, each has a queen size bed. There is also a pull out queen couch for an additional 2 sleeping spaces located in the living room.
