There's plenty of off-street parking and storage for bikes etc in a small garage.

Beautiful Dungeness house right on the beach with ever changing views of the sea all year round. The house incorporates an original train carriage and the living space is open plan. The well equipped kitchen includes a generous dining table and chairs, which also looks out across the beach. There are two double bedrooms within the carriage as well as a shower room. An ideal place to explore Dungeness as well as discovering the wider area including Rye, Folkestone and the Romney Marsh.

A short drive to many beaches, the coastal towns of Hythe and Folkestone (with its Harbour and Pier) and under a mile from Port Lympne Animal Reserve. It is also near many vineyards incl Gusborne and Chapel Down.

Just over an hour from London, find yourself in the heart of the English countryside with beautiful walks, the coast, and historic towns on your doorstep. Lyminge is five miles from the seaside in Hythe. It has a Chemist, Doctors' surgery, a village store, Chinese restaurant, Indian take-way, a Tea Room - which does very nice breakfasts . There are 2 good pubs nearby - the Gatekeeper in Etchinghill and the Tiger in Stowting. Dogs are welcome - one medium size or two small ones.

We welcome you to enjoy our detached studio space nestled between the villages of Smeeth and Brabourne, we are lucky to have wonderful views and the country walks are plentiful. Historic town of Canterbury is nearby but beach is only a short drive away too. Being just over an hour from London and 10 minutes from the Euro tunnel its ideal for a 'quick stop off' or a 'tranquil get away'.

This charming little cottage is the perfect break away from the hustle and bustle of normal life. With sea views and in a tranquil setting with a short walk to the high street with plenty of historic features in the local area. There is a single bed which must be requested upon booking (extra £10 per night). I am afraid we do not accept pets or children under 10 years old.

Listen to the early morning birdsong and relax in the garden at the end of the day, or head out into the local villages and towns to search out one of the many pubs and restaurants.
