Devine View, Overlooking Sea and Folkestone Harbour Arm

Marvel at the stunning 180 degree sea view, observe the fishing boats leave the harbour and later return with their catch. Admire and enjoy the sleek and comfortable retro interior decor with Art Deco touches. Watch sea birds over a coffee with high-powered binoculars, cook up a hearty breakfast, then recharge the batteries with a Clifftop, harbour-side or beachfront walk. Arguably the finest view in Folkestone, a panorama to behold, watch the sun rise and set over the English Channel. Guests of Devine View have access to the entire apartment on an exclusive basis, there is a communal stair way serving the middle apartment and Devine View apartment. When possible we like to greet our guests and give a brief introduction to the apartment, we live within a short walk so are generally available should guests need assistance or advice. Devine View sits on the popular East Cliff over looking Folkestone Harbour Arm. A five-minute walk reaches the harbour area, or beautiful cliff top walks are on the doorstep. A wide selection of eateries and bars lie within easy reach. Wear Bay Road is within a residential area with free unrestricted on street parking. A bus stop is located for daytime services (not including Sunday’s) within yards of the property, allowing guests to travel to town centre via the harbour/seafront. The harbour/seafront is only five minutes downhill walk or via steps. Red Arrows display and much more this coming Sunday 30th June. Watch them from the balcony! There is free unrestricted car parking opposite the apartment. The apartment has WiFi connected.

Quaint One Bed Cottage in Hythe in Superb Location

This quaint 1850 former fisherman's cottage is in a quiet-off road location, less than a 2 minute walk to the promenade & the beach. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, cafés & the stunning Royal Military Canal are all within 10 minutes by foot. There is a tiny outdoor seating space, but NO GARDEN. There are many original features & a functional AGA stove, which also heats the property and keeps it warm and cosy, particularly in the winter. *STRICTLY NO CATS ALLOWED AT MINTY COTTAGE.
