Lovely 3 night stay at Joanne’s Ahoy There apartment in Hythe. Joanne was great with brilliant instructions/Guide/Recommendations. Lovely front outlook overlooking playing fields. 1min walk from Hythe beautiful seafront with Prom all the way to Folkestone. 5min walk from Royal Military Canal. 10-15min walk from town where lots restaurants n bars for all tastes can be found.

I had a very enjoyable stay at Alex & Virginia's flat. It really is a home from home. Everything is as described and it is very comfortable and also very stylish. It's a short walk to the seafront and doesn't take very long to walk to the centre of Folkestone for restaurants and pubs. Alex and Virginia are very responsive to questions too. I only stayed for 3 nights but would have been quite happy staying for longer!

A lovely annexe with everything we needed. The annexe was spotless and cosy with a nice view of Alaine’s garden. We were only there overnight and it was perfect to get to our early morning booking on the Shuttle which was only ten minutes away. Communication with Alaine was great and it was good to meet her when we checked in. Would recommend and we would stay again.

Wonderful flat at a great location, with very short walking distance to central Folkestone. Beautiful, airy, clean and comfortable, with all amenities you could ask for. Since it was raining when I was there, I didn’t use the garden, but would have otherwise, very nice area. Would love to come back!

We had a lovely weekend at the Nook in Folkestone, really close to the town centre and has all the amenities you’d need for a perfect weekend away. Thanks for a great stay!!

An excellent accommodation in Sandgate and 5 minutes walk to the beach and several nice restaurants nearby. A nice cycle route or walk on the Promenade to either Folkestone or Hythe. A car space at the rear of the property and good Internet connection. A few steps/stairs into the accommodation. Quiet area at night. Highly recommended for a stay.

Ruben's place is just a few minutes from the station so very convenient. It is not too far to walk to the harbour and beach, we got around easily on foot. The place itself was very big and it was really nice not having a TV so we didn't have a distraction on an evening. Beds were also really comfy. Ruben was easy to get in touch with and we tried a few of his recommendations, which were really good. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Can thoughrely recommend Jenny's place, both Jenny and Tim are very friendly. Patio overlooking the sea and sea views from the bedroom, very generous welcome pack and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and more, the lounge was spacious with comfy couches and the bedroom had plenty of clothes hangers and the bed was super comfy, including the pillows,. Every where was super clean, we didn't really want to leave, but,of course, it was time to move on., can thoughrely recommend Jenny' and Tim's place.

The apartment is stylish, comfortable and very clean. We loved the view and the space was great, high ceilings and period features. Having been to St Leonards before we knew that our favourite restaurants were walkable too. Moyra was a great host and very helpful and considerate about check in time, much appreciated.

We had a great time in Deborah’s apartment in Deal. The house was everything the photos showed and more. Very clean, beds were comfortable and the location was fab. Would have no hesitation in rebooking or recommending this property. Thanks Deb’s

The accommodation was really nice, perfect for our little one. Lovely balcony to enjoy dinner and drinks on. The location is great, walking distance to the beach. the kitchen had all the amenities needed. The room sizes were bigger than expected. The location of the mobile home in the park was great as you look out onto greenery rather than other mobile homes so it felt really private and quiet. There is a nice outdoor park for kids to play in. The pool was big and warm. The arcade was fun for adults and children. Highly recommend for a little getaway.

We were in Hastings to catch Jack Dee and only booked one night. Tanya is really great to communicate with responsive and friendly. Finding and getting in is easy. The communal hallway/ stairs are tatty but my lord it doesn’t matter when you see the view from the living room. It’s absolutely stunning. The flat is spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is cute and all you need. The bedroom is large, so quiet we had such a good sleep. Wish we had booked longer as I could stare out at the sea for hours! Great flat! Would not hesitate to stay again.

Sarah was an amazing host, very responsive and managed to arrange parking for us on the street beforehand. Was a very comfortable weekend stay for me and my family including the dog!

My friends and I had a great stay! The place had everything we needed, the beds were really comfortable, and the hot tub was a perfect touch that made our trip even more special. The host was friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Joanne was so welcoming on our arrival and had the hot tub heated up ready for us to use. Everything you could think of was there for us to use. Unfortunately we had a very busy weekend planned and wished we could have spent more time at the location. We have our next visit booked already and can't wait to use this accommodation another time, spending more time chatting with Joanne and hopefully getting to see more wildlife in the garden.

Beautiful and very romantic suite! Perfect for a great relaxing and peaceful time as a couple. 😌 The decor, bottle of champagne and aperitif tray are extra but very affordable and it makes the evening even more unique and wonderful!

For a first experience, it was truly perfect, exactly what I needed and what I expected when I saw the ad Perfect welcome at 5 p.m. as agreed Access to the beach directly from the accommodation, for the view it's hard to do better, many small trails nearby, a lot of small restaurants too I would be happy to come back 🙏
