The condo is just as advertised. It is a very friendly community with a lot of amenities in the building. Even had Manatee’s at dock one day. It also has the best sunsets. Tori was very quick to respond to any questions. Lots of great restaurants in the area.

It was our first time in Marathon and we loved staying here! A true hidden gem. The house was beautifully decorated and felt like home as soon as we walked in. Every detail was thoughtful and cozy. Most of all clean, new and modern. The neighbors were friendly and the shared outdoor areas were built for relaxation. We will definitely stay here again! The studio apt is great. Beautifully done and very thoughtfully designed to maximize space. The apt is.not big, but was more than enough. Brand new kitchen, spotless bathroom. The outdoors space, that has a dining table where I worked most days, and a cafe table, and chairs creates an outdoor living room, I loved it. Its location makes it very private, but just blocks away from just about everything. Walkable, bike able. Really amazing location. Alan is a great host. Highly recommend.

We stayed for a month. The place was well stocked with everything you need. The beds were comfortable and the WiFi worked awesome. The pool and gym were a great amenity. Having a gated community made us feel safe. Parking was parallel along the street. Having our full size truck was the hardest thing. We communicated a few times with the host. Everything was easy. Great stay.
