The concierge service was awesome. Quentin was super responsive to any concerns or questions. They found us a personal chef and rentable baby items (cribs, high chairs). Highlight of the place is the backyard and pool.

Family of 7 (5 boys) and we had a blast. Everything we could have wanted. The pool, trampoline, basketball. We watched a pay per view UFC fight out in the gazebo, it was awesome. The neighborhood wasn’t the best, but if you’re looking for an oasis, this is your spot! No complaints.

We had a great stay, it was perfect for our large group. The house had plenty of space indoors and outdoors. The pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. I would recommend this to anyone with a large group.

I stood the first week of March with some of my friends and business partners, we had a conference in the Hard Rock. THIS PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL!! The host was responsive, the miny Beach was beautiful! The Bedrooms were comfortable and decorative. Towels were everywhere. Kitchen had everything you need to cook. IT DID NOT MISS ONE THING! if you are looking for a large group of fun this is the place to stay. Walmart is 7 mins away so you can stack up. Beautiful neighborhood and you can also fish in the lake. FISHERMANS DREAM. My boyfriend caught some Mango Snapper. It's a Pristine place. I've been to many airbnbs and this one stuck out. Me and my friends would come back to have a get together here. I'm planning on it!

Great small house. Extremely well appointed with cozy furniture and thoughtful design. Very clean and resembled the photos, exactly . The backyard space is wonderful, small but with lots of amenities, like a hammock, barbecue grill and expanding table . It is perfect size for a family of four or two couples. I was there on a work trip and the location was perfect for me, close to the highway and easy access to downtown Fort Lauderdale . Neighborhood is quiet, although homes are quite close together. I would rebook this property!

Huge recommendation for this house. we had everything we needed. The host was available all the time. You can feel and see that they take care of every details for this house. I know exactly where I'm booking next time we're back in Miami

We stayed for 3+ weeks over Christmas and NYE in Niki’s Naples villa. The house, the lanai and the garden provide a Florida home away from home - it’s tidy and spacious, yet cosy and homey. Walking, cycling, driving and parking inside the Briarwood gated community feels so safe. Our favourites: 1. The villa’s layout with high floor-to-ceiling height, four bedrooms, three baths and the living room, kitchen and lanai at its heart. 2. Fishing in the canal just behind the house. 3. Briarwood’s well kept, pleasant neighbourhood with nice sunny walks and bike rides, pickleball courts, basketball and more. Lastly, Niki was a great host and made our stay a breeze by being service minded, accessible and professional. Niki made our booking and our stay run smoothly.

Beautiful backyard bright and clean space that can easily fit a large group. Checkin was easy, the host was responsive.

Was great for our large group celebrating a bachelorette! Appreciated the ability to drop our bags off early. Layout of 5 bedrooms each with their own bathroom was great for getting ready (will note one of the bedrooms is a studio sep from the house). Only thing missing is more outlets in the bedrooms but we made it work. Living room was well sized with very comfy couch. Neighborhood felt very safe. Easy to Uber everywhere we wanted to go. Casey was helpful and sent more paper products quickly when we ran out. House itself was very clean and we really enjoyed the hot tub. House overall was great for our needs and enjoyed our stay

Everything was great, was Patrick very nice to us? Only detail sometimes the hot water in a suite failed or it was very low the Pressure… then everything was excellent, thank you

Fantastic home with a fantastic host. Daniel was very responsive (down to the minute) and very accommodating. The home was spotless, large and open, with a beautiful backyard/patio/pool area. The home fit 11 of us very comfortably. We would highly recommend this place, and host to all ages. Thanks Daniel!

Me and my group loved the stay. We didn’t have to contact the host patty the entire trip with questions because all directions were clear and everything we needed was in place already. She was also very responsive and flexible throughout the booking process.

We had a wonderful stay in JP’s house. The kids (and us grown ups) loved the warm pool and it was entertainment for hours on end. JP was quick to respond and to fix any issues. The house is nicely decorated and all-in-all works well for a 12-day stay. The neighborhood seems safe and lovely and is close to down-town and south beach. The airport is close by, something that can be heard clearly when the door to the garden is open or you are pool-side.

This was a very big house (our kids kept saying mansion) in Miami Springs, with lots of stuff to keep everyone entertained- foosball, billards, cornhole, old style Pac-Man/ Donkey Long video game console, darts, plus a pool and hottub. We had plenty of room to hang out and to sleep. The location is perfectly fine though the house is a bit far from Miami Beach. Rick was a great host and very easy to communicate with.

Dan on the incredible. The best host I’ve ever had on ABNB. Let’s be honest about airbnb. It’s getting harder to find an authentic stay at a place where the pictures and descriptions match to product. Also, the hosts are no long owners they’re landlords, often remote. Dan is what Airbnb had in mind when they built this app. He is an excellent host. Way over delivered

This house was so beautiful and very comfortable for our family of 7! The common areas are very spacious for everyone to hangout comfortably including inside and outside. We also loved the pool. Less than 10 minute walk to the Hollywood boardwalk which has endless things to do and see at all hours of the day! The host was very responsive to any needs as well prior to our arrival. The house is located in the zone for local transportation (circuit) so it’s easy and cheap to get a ride to the beach or any restaurants if walking is not a convenient option. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

We traveled to Hollywood Florida to obtain cancer treatment for my Dad. I chose this place for a variety of reasons including height of beds, one level living, lack of stairs, walk in shower and proximity to Memorial Hospital. The home had all of that but much much more. The kitchen was fully stocked with tools, the home was exceptionally clean. The home looked just like the photos. The host was always responsive. The neighborhood was quite and safe. The neighbors were friendly (I say hello to people when I am outside) . The backyard and pool were gorgeous and immaculately kept. This may have been out last rip with my dad... I am so thankful and appreciative of this host sharing this Amazing space and making our time comfortable. This is the best vacation rental I have ever booked.

We had a fantastic stay! The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, yet conveniently close to great restaurants, groceries, beautiful beaches, and everything South Florida has to offer. The home itself was perfect for our family—spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a great backyard, pool and living space to relax in. The hosts were incredibly responsive, helpful/accommodating, and a pleasure to deal with. We recommend this spot for anyone looking for an stress-free and enjoyable stay! I fully expect we’ll be back!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home in Naples. It was very clean and we had plenty of space for everyone, including our 3-year-old grandson who had plenty of space to run around and play. We all enjoyed the heated pool and the views of the small lake from the pool which gave a more relaxing feel to the home. This home is in a very nice area with plenty of walking right in Crown Pointe alone as we walked the whole subdivision and it logged a little over 4 miles. It's peaceful and we felt in a safe area. It also is a perfect location as everything from the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, parks and Fifth Avenue of Naples are no more than a 15 minute drive. The home is located in a beautiful part of Naples and we would highly recommend this home and working with David and Beate will not disappoint as they are quick to respond and to help may your stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you both for a wonderful visit to Naples.

We just finished our stay at this location. This place is awesome. The pool and hot tub were clean and heated. We wanted the pool a bit warmer all it took was a call to Ron and within minutes the temp was up. We never yet had a host to be so available regardless of how many times you call or message him. We had an issue with our scheduling and Ron was very understanding and accommodative. It's a great place and a must see! Thanks Ron, we appreciate all you did.

Our stay was very pleasant. We had no problem with the house and everything went very well. The location is quite nice and has accommodated us well throughout the period. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything we need (beach, markets, restaurants, pharmacies…). Juord was very helpful and served us promptly. The swimming pool was clean, but we did not use it as we thought it was cold for the children (in December/January), despite the heating being on. Perhaps those who come from cold places may be used to the temperature. We loved our vacation and would come back again. Our daughter loved the coloring books and toys that were available.
