Our family had the most amazing stay at this beautiful lakefront home! Everything felt warm and welcoming. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed, which made our trip so easy and enjoyable. My kids absolutely loved running around the spacious backyard, playing by the lake, and spending hours in the pool, it was a huge hit for the whole family! My husband and I enjoyed the peaceful views and quiet moments together. Evenings were extra special—we gathered around the fire pit, roasted marshmallows, and made memories we’ll cherish forever. Inside, the home was cozy, spotless, and had everything we needed, from a well-stocked kitchen to a comfy living space for family movie nights. This trip was truly unforgettable, and we can't wait to come back!

Dwayne was very friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure my family and I had a good vacation. He welcomed us on my birthday with a full meal. The food was great btw. He responded quickly to any requests and checked in throughout our stay to make sure we were good. He is also accomdating when it comes to all Miami has to offer. Not only hosting the home, but providing ammenities outside the home for our enjoyment. I will DEFINITELY book again when visiting. Thank you Dwayne!

Great house for a big group - loved the pool

Great place to stay! Home is in a quiet residential area that is NOT walkable, so you will need a car or Uber, etc. to get around. We had groceries delivered to the house no problem. Kitchen essentials were very basic (cookie sheet and hot mitts for the oven would be a great add), but enough to cook dinner and breakfast for 7 people. House looked just like the pictures and space was just as described. Outdoor areas are fantastic. Hosts were incredibly responsive when we ran into issues (propane ran out for outdoor fire and they had a spare ready for us to use, dishwasher detergent ran out and then sent replacement to the house with chocolates for us!). They also gave us an early check-in which was really helpful for our travel day. Highly recommend this spot, wonderful stay!

Danielle's place was great! We enjoyed the heated pool very much. Danielle was also quick to answer any questions we had. We would be happy to stay again!

I recently spent 5 amazing days at this beautiful 4-story townhouse, and I can’t recommend it enough! The property is stunning and located in a walkable neighborhood with plenty to do (one block from the Bal Harbour shops!). The house itself is well-appointed and offers everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Whether you’re enjoying the sun on the rooftop or lounging in the cozy living areas, this place truly feels like a home away from home. Sophia was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful, convenient, and relaxing getaway. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay in JP’s house. The kids (and us grown ups) loved the warm pool and it was entertainment for hours on end. JP was quick to respond and to fix any issues. The house is nicely decorated and all-in-all works well for a 12-day stay. The neighborhood seems safe and lovely and is close to down-town and south beach. The airport is close by, something that can be heard clearly when the door to the garden is open or you are pool-side.

Pool and spa were a great amenity. The washer and dryer were very clean. Very clean overall. Easy to get to. Neighborhood nice and quiet.

We had a wonderful stay at Derek’s place. Quite frankly, it is the perfect Airbnb. It is a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood in beautiful condition. Everything worked perfectly, and Derek was always available within information to assist us with anything we needed. I look forward to the time where I can stay here again.

We rented Ryan’s home during the week of our wedding in Key West — much more reasonably priced than KW, and only about an hour away. Home is clean, modern, well appointed. Heated pool and hot tub were a big hit with our family, especially kids (worth the extra charge). The pool was dirty when we arrived so when Ryan saw pics he deemed it unacceptable and sent a cleaner out to address it right away — he had a delicious key lime pie delivered for the inconvenience, which was a sweet gesture. It was good to have 2 wings to separate the bedrooms (main plus queen both with private baths on one end). We had 10 people in the home (including 4 kids) and had ample space. Helpful to have chairs and cooler for beach (umbrella didn’t hold up to windy day) — Sombrero beach while crowded was nice. Lighting outside to enjoy outdoors at night could be better, but awning to shade the chairs from sun during day is a great feature. Bring a Bluetooth speaker for music. We’d come back! Thanks, Ryan!

We were very excited to go to Rania’s place and when we got there it exceeded expectations. Really clean home with great backyard and perfect location.

I would stay again my family of 9 stay for a wedding and we were sad to leave. We look forward to booking again in the near future .

Beautiful place to stay with everything you need perfect surroundings. You get the peace and quiet but if you want to go out there is nothing too far away. I definitely recommend this place and I hope I get the chance to stay again.

Awesome!! This home was peaceful, nice, and private. I had a bachelorette with a few guy friends for the weekend, and this space complimented all 8 of us. Beautiful inside and out.

We had an absolutely amazing time staying in Jorge’s home! The home and yard were somehow even more gorgeous in person than in the pictures. We made great use of the pool and felt like we were in our own tropical paradise. The sandy area with the hammock is literally like being on the beach! Jorge was extremely responsive, helpful, and flexible which we appreciate immensely. Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful space to celebrate a bachelorette! :)

My group enjoyed our stay at Alex’s place. It was convenient to getting around town and the home was clean and spacious enough for four.

Joseph was a great host and we will definitely be coming back to his house. The house was exactly as described. Joseph was very responsive. The board games and books were a great touch to help keep the kids entertained during the Florida rain. We really enjoyed the pool area and the picture walls as well. It was easy to locate the house and enjoyed having a park right by the house.

This home exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect space to host our out-of-town family. The outdoor area was the highlight, and we spent most of our time on the patio. The host was incredibly welcoming from the moment we booked. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Our group had a fantastic stay at Cynthia’s! The house is beautiful, immaculately clean and the beds are comfy with the best pillows! We all enjoyed the pool and outside area with plenty of seating and the use of the grill. There were many things provided that aren’t always common at airbnbs which made our trip that much less stressful, not to mention Cynthia was super helpful and available for any recommendations in the area. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We stayed for 3+ weeks over Christmas and NYE in Niki’s Naples villa. The house, the lanai and the garden provide a Florida home away from home - it’s tidy and spacious, yet cosy and homey. Walking, cycling, driving and parking inside the Briarwood gated community feels so safe. Our favourites: 1. The villa’s layout with high floor-to-ceiling height, four bedrooms, three baths and the living room, kitchen and lanai at its heart. 2. Fishing in the canal just behind the house. 3. Briarwood’s well kept, pleasant neighbourhood with nice sunny walks and bike rides, pickleball courts, basketball and more. Lastly, Niki was a great host and made our stay a breeze by being service minded, accessible and professional. Niki made our booking and our stay run smoothly.

Our group really enjoyed our stay here! Great location and lots to do. The binder provided from the host had all the info we could have needed. Highly recommend to stay here! Beautiful home!
