The apartment has one bedroom, with a walk-in closet, a king size bed with a mattress and memory foam pillows, and a minibar. It has a den with a futon that becomes a bed to watch Netflix, etc. The living room is very spacious with a sofa bed The building is being fixed up. Guests will feel at home, it is fully stocked, electric kettle, water heater, mate, electric oven, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, audio system, iPhone and Apple Watch charger, three LED TVs, beach items.
