The new Promenade at Sunset Walk is a 7 minute drive, where you will find excellent restaurants and bars, Cinema's and Shops For lovers of sport fans, the recently built Northeast Regional Park is just a 3 minutes drive up the US27, where you can play tennis, soccer, baseball, basketball and bowling and indulge in a variety of water sports. If you are into fishing, the beautiful Old Lake Davenport next to the NRP is a great place to try your skills. Everyone knows that Orlando is a golfers paradise and Vista Park is just a 5 minutes drive south on the US27 away from the much revered Highlands Reserve Golf Club, plus you have a choice of more than 20 other championship golf courses all close by.
