Great comfort and matched the needs of our group of 7. Walking distance to dine in/take out was ideal. Would not hesitate to request this property again, should we be in the Miami area. Thanks again

Laura’s place was perfect for our trip to South Florida, nice amount of space, great garden area, awesome location to get around south Florida with ease. She was an excellent communicator and very fast to respond to anything we asked about related to the property or suggestions on where to go for food and entertainment.

Wow, great spot on all levels. The house was immaculate, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the furniture/beds were all comfortable. The backyard area was great. And the location is just excellent--super close to many parts of the Grove, and easy access to groceries/food/etc.

Kelly and Christopher's Airbnb was perfect. They are extremely responsive hosts. The house was super clean and had plenty of space for my husband and myself. The location was great, central to many Miami areas and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Each bedroom had a tv, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. I recovered from surgery here and this was a comfortable place to do so. My only suggestion would be to add a shelf or two in the bathroom and maybe some hooks as well, as counterpace is limited.

Everything was great at Nicolette’s. Quiet and friendly neighborhood, so close to the beach and all different shops/restaurants in all directions. The private patio was truly our favorite, and our two dogs. Everything was easy to find and Nicolette was extremely helpful and responsive related the few questions I had and recommendations I needed related to my own personal medical issues. We would love to stay again if we are back in the area!

The house was well maintained and private. It was very well equipped, we had everything we needed and more. Grocery and other stores, as well as restaurants are nearby. It is close to the cruise port and airport. Danielle was an excellent host, and very responsive. She made sure we had everything we needed, and that we enjoyed our stay.

This is by far the best place I have stayed! Nanet was an amazing host.

Laurie and John’s place was wonderful! The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. The detailed instructions provided were very helpful, and the thoughtful touches, like the snacks and beverages, were much appreciated. We didn’t use the fire pit or beach chairs, but it was nice to have them available. Communication was excellent, and Laurie was quick to respond to any questions. We’d highly recommend this place and would love to stay again in the future!

Great house, location and excellent host

W chose to stay at Monica’s place having read countless positive reviews. Needless to say we were not disappointed. Monica’s house is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. It suited all ages in our group of 7 from a 1 year old to a 62 year old! The pool was a huge plus and provided hours of entertainment for our children. Monica was very responsive from the moment we booked to the moment we checked out. We wanted to dry our clothes on an air dryer which wasn’t present in the house but Monica went out of her way to order it for us and it arrived two days later - couldn’t ask for a better host. Thank you for a memorable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place to stay close to lots of place. We especially loved the bikes and ride them nightly down to the beach and along the Broadwalk (even in a rainstorm). There was stores very close to the home within walking/ biking distance. Pool was great but we did not use it too much as we were out touring along the beach most of the time. Owners were very responsive to messages and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an awesome stay at Cynthia's property. The location is great. It's outside of Miami far enough where you don't have a crazy amount of traffic but close enough for a short to medium length drive to other destinations & attractions. The property is fantastic. it is well maintained, clean and very spacious (there were 4 in our party). The neighborhood is nice and feels very safe. We took many walks around the area. There is some traffic noise but by no means a deterrent for choosing this property. For us the pool is a highlight. It's a large pool & deck and the water is kept warm. Cynthia is a great host. She provided and responded to all communications very timely. Overall, I highly recommend this property.

I didn’t have to contact Marco much as I had no issues. The place was quiet and peaceful. It was a good stay and had no issues with any aspect of the stay.

Everything was great, The only issue was the TV in the one bedroom was broken. Highly recommend.

Patrick was the most responsive host I have ever encountered. Whenever I messaged, there was a response in very short time. The house was adorable. It easily housed family members and friends who came in and out during my 2 weeks stay. The pool was wonderful - clean, water warm enough for comfort but cool enough to be refreshing. The house was easy walking distance to Publix, Whole Foods, Wallgreens and CVS. I was happy to find it was also walking distance to LA Fitness. Nearby is also a small upscale shopping area called Mercato that has Nordstrom Rack, Sur la Table and some other nice stores and restaurants. The kitchen was adequately appointed which we appreciated as we mostly ate in. The grill is a bit old and rusty and would not ignite but we didn't mind. The beach is an easy 25 minute walk and there are beach chairs, toys and a beach wagon at the house. There were more than enough towels. All in all, I was very happy with my time there.

The unit was perfect. There are some perks available that I didnt find listed, like hot water and a Keurig coffee maker. Alfonso was very attentive and responded messages promptly.

My family and I had a great time here! It was the perfect house, super clean and just as described! Yuni was always quick to respond and answer any questions. We had no intentions of renting a boat, but just up the road was an easy rental spot and we were able to tie the boat up right outside the door. Everything we needed was within a few minutes and the location was perfect to take a drive down to Key West! We will absolutely plan to return!

This was just what we were looking for. A Hideaway that wasn’t kind of break the budget close to the beaches and shopping. A spectacular area of Florida. We will most definitely come back again. And Daniel was a fabulous host. Joanne Boca Raton, Fl.

This is a tastefully decorated little villa. It was a cute and cozy home away from home. The hosts are kind and helpful, as well as very responsive. The location is a bit further from the beach than we expected, but that’s on us for not researching further. It was a great price for a quality stay. My friends and I felt safe and satisfied with our time here.

Second time staying here and we really like it! Had a few things we needed help with and were gotten back to quickly. Beautiful property, clean and location couldn’t be better. Also the neighbors are so friendly! A few things need a little TLC in the future but minor and I’m positive it won’t affect an amazing stay. We will be back!
