Great location in downtown Doral area. You can walk to an assortment of restaurants and bars which is a plus. The apartment itself was as described and in good condition with all necessary amenities.

Stayed at Palm Wave Stays while working in Margate Fl. The place was neat and clean with fashionable decor. The host was always available and helpful with any questions that I had. The location was close to the hospitals making for an easy drive to work. I would definitely stay here again.

Brian's place was just as advertised. Clean, convenient, close to pier 5. Walking distance to good food and night life. Close and drivable to area attractions like South Beach and Little Havana which we went to and had a fabulous time. Great view of Miami's harbour. Awesome in house amenities like a pool and work out area. Safe and secure in the building as well as elevators, coffee shop and leaving the building. Attached parking garage was a plus and we where able to park right outside our unit on the 15th floor. Overall a 5 star experience and Brian helped make it happen.

This was our second time staying in the apartment while passing through Miami. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The area is quiet, which a small park, grocery store, and many restaurants nearby. Maria is a wonderful host! She is a great communicator, provides clear instructions, and is incredibly helpful. She provides great recommendations on the local area and is very responsive.

We had a great stay at Jacqueline’s place. I would like to make it known that this is a hotel that also has residential units, which was fine for us but wanted to point out in case someone is looking for a different experience. We were welcomed in the lobby with champagne and given instructions and keys. The place we clean and the bed was very comfortable. This was a great location as it is close to everything in south beach but quieter on the bay side. Everything you could need is a short uber ride away. The pool area is beautiful and has full service. We recommend this great place to stay!

Everything was just perfect! The dream apartment for a stay in Miami! The views are fantastic, especially at night... Impeccable bedding! Very beautiful bathrooms! Really no complaints! Everything was great! We were very sad to leave the apartment:-)

We loved our stay at this beautiful oasis. It was perfectly clean, had everything we could possibly need, and was comfortable. We had the pool warmed up to our specification and thought the pricing was fair. The house was well located to shopping and attractions. Maria and Jorge were very responsive before and during our stay. Check in and check out instructions were very clear. Overall we would absolutely recommend this host and this location!

This was a great stay!

I had stayed at this home for my 60th birthday with my daughter and five other girlfriends. We had the best time ever. It was a little too far as my son lives in Fort Lauderdale but if you were to stay in that area for other reasons, it was fantastic. It still was definitely local to a casino and a lot of other fun stuff.

We rented Ryan’s home during the week of our wedding in Key West — much more reasonably priced than KW, and only about an hour away. Home is clean, modern, well appointed. Heated pool and hot tub were a big hit with our family, especially kids (worth the extra charge). The pool was dirty when we arrived so when Ryan saw pics he deemed it unacceptable and sent a cleaner out to address it right away — he had a delicious key lime pie delivered for the inconvenience, which was a sweet gesture. It was good to have 2 wings to separate the bedrooms (main plus queen both with private baths on one end). We had 10 people in the home (including 4 kids) and had ample space. Helpful to have chairs and cooler for beach (umbrella didn’t hold up to windy day) — Sombrero beach while crowded was nice. Lighting outside to enjoy outdoors at night could be better, but awning to shade the chairs from sun during day is a great feature. Bring a Bluetooth speaker for music. We’d come back! Thanks, Ryan!

Everything was perfect!!! Quaint and comfortable setting with everything we needed. Great pools and private hot tub. Quiet and peaceful yet within a short 1 block walking distance to Duval. We will stay here again!!!

We had a wonderful stay, and greatly enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi the most. So much space and very helpful / responsive host. Would stay again. 10/10, great spot!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Frank was an amazing host—he was incredibly helpful and responsive, answering all our questions and making sure we had everything we needed. His hospitality made our experience even better. This place was a gem! We loved the park across the street (perfect for kids) and having a Publix next to the building was super handy too. The apartment was spotless (and I’m very picky with cleanliness) and the pool in the building was fantastic too. Lots of options of restaurants and cafes around the block. We can’t wait to be back!

The penthouse condo was fabulous. Perfect & safe location, close to the beach & everything. We loved the pools, too. The kitchen was excellent & had everything we needed. The house manual was very helpful & detailed. George was a great communicator & very responsive. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at the SoCe flats. The condo was immaculate. The chips and salsa left for us was such a nice touch after traveling most of the day. The location was outstanding. We will be back!

Beautiful place, very comfortable bed & very quiet. Safe to walk at night lots of great restaurants all around. I would highly recommend staying here .

Overall great stay for my bachelorette weekend! There were 6 of us total and only two people had to share the master king size bed. Very responsive hosts. They run multiple of these units so they’re very experienced with the building and surrounding areas. They allowed my group and I to have an earlier check in for free and very last minute. The check in process is very complex if you’ve never done one in a hotel/residential building like this. It was overwhelming in the beginning, but this could also have been related to the last minute early check in. Check out was a breeze though. Also, even though 6 of us stayed, only 4 wrist bands max for the pool/amenities are dispersed. No ice maker/tray, so buy ice. We were on the 45th floor. Gorgeous views and perfect for a group trip! Walking distance to bars and restaurants in brickell. Would recommend and stay here again.

This is a great spot in Fort Lauderdale. It’s next to the beach but also has the view of the intercostal and is protected from the ocean that can get windy. The room was clean, had a great kitchen, and comfortable bed. Ira had clear and easy directions making for one less thing to worry about on the trip. All of the amenities in the complex were also great. We can’t wait to go back.
