The apartment is located in an old house, so the kitchen and bathroom are not very modern. Shopping, pump track, mountain railways, restaurants and public transport are within 5 minutes' reach. Mountain View Getaway in the Middle of Nature

This unique place is at the edge of the forest, away from the common holiday homes. It's family-friendly, modern, and spacious. In summer you can drive to the house. Please note: In winter you get to it via a five to ten minute foot walk, sometimes through knee-deep snow! Once there, you can get on the ski right in from of the apartment and ski down to the slope. If you are looking for a modern place in the middle of nature away from everything, you might directly fall in love with it.

The bus stop is just a 1-minute walk from the apartment. The mountain railways and the various shopping facilities are about a 5-minute walk away. The apartment (30 m²) is part of a single-family home, which was completed in December 2018 and has its own entrance. The apartment has a new kitchen incl. a dishwasher, as well as full equipment to prepare magical menus. A small toilet with sink and a separate shower offer every comfort you could wish for on vacation. Shuttle to the mountain railways, Laax, Falera, Fidaz, Bargis in max. 5 minutes, Caumasee is a 15-minute walk away.

The spacious apartment with balcony is located on the third floor of the B&B and can accommodate up to 3 people. The fantastic roof terrace with mountain views conveys a pure holiday feeling. A homemade breakfast can also be booked directly on site (if the B&B is open). For bookings for 4-5 people, another bedroom with a king size bed can be rented next door (separate listing).
