Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. Trin is idyllic and quiet yet extremely close to the ski/hiking/biking and climbing area on mountain lakes and World Heritage Site (7 min to Flims, 10 min to Laax). The main town of Chur is a 15-minute drive.

Dating back to 1470, this wonderful chalet has so much charm and character. In 'Casa Felice' you will find quiet and calm. The apartment has all the modern amenities you wish for and breathtaking views of the Signina mountain range to enjoy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining and a stone fireplace. An ensuite bedroom and a separate bedroom / living area. There is also a garden where you can request to use to BBQ and enjoy the sun. Parking is available in the nearby carpark.

The Flims and Laax mountain railways, Rhine Gorge and Cresta Lake are within easy reach.

Our cozy and private apartment is idyllically located on the outskirts of the village and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The bus stop with connections to the ski slopes of Flims/Laax in one direction and to Chur in the other direction is only a 2 to 5-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment is modern, comfortable and cozily furnished, with lots of wood, large windows and natural materials that create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

We are easy to reach with public transport (2 min to the next stop "Trin Dorf", 2 runs every hour till late). The house is held in the style of 1900 and furbished in a simple but charming way. If you do love nature and the outdoor sports, and if you appreciate authentic village life rather than the beaten track we are the right place for you. And if you fancy more attractions at some point we are only 10 min from Flims/Laax/Falera. You have plenty of options!

Relax in this unique Rifugio. In 2020, a totally renovated 2 1/2-room apartment, whose interior design was completely redesigned. Converted into a loft with the finest materials (Valser granite, chateau parquet, lots of old wood, freestanding tub, iron fireplace open on two sides, designer fittings). With a protected patio and garden. Sunny, quiet location. Private entrance, sauna in the annex. Ski in, ski out or ski bus can be reached in three minutes.

Our flat is in the small and idyllic mountain village of Trin. It is ideally located offering lots of activity opportunities for every taste: relaxing and contemplating the beautiful mountain views in our sunny terrace, discovering the surrounding woods, mountains and lakes either by hiking or mountain biking, skiing in the very near ski area of Flims/Laax or cross-country skiing in Trin/Flims-Bargis-Sagogn, among many others.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish, family-friendly space, nestled in the idyllic mountains of Graubünden. With a lot of love for detail, we have renovated and furnished this little paradise. Trin Mulin is ideal for active vacations such as hiking, climbing, biking, all winter sports (Weisse Arena Flims/Laax) but also for sunbathing or paddling on the beautiful Cresta or Caumasee, all in the immediate vicinity.

The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.
