In the early morning hours you can watch chamois, deer and other wild animals from the property. Directly below the house (about 200 m), the Rhine flows through the imposing Rhine Gorge. The house is located at almost 1000 m above sea level and is very quiet. You have a wonderful view of Lake Sihl. The nearby forest offers plenty to discover. Lake Sihl is suitable for swimming and also for fishing. The nearby Hochybrig ski and hiking area can be reached in about 12 minutes by car. Other excursion destinations are described in the accommodation. The pilgrimage village of Einsiedeln with its world-famous monastery is in close proximity.

The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

The idyllic house is very quietly located in the ski and hiking area of Flumserberg. The kitchen as well as the living and sleeping areas are very well equipped and bed linens (but no terry or bath towels) are provided. Since it is an older house, the room heights throughout the house are relatively low. In summer, the spacious garden with terrace and fireplace can be used. Good starting point for hikes and ski days

Looking for a quiet vacation home close to great ski resorts and a unique natural panorama? The vacation home is only 10 minutes by car from Flims/Laax or 20 minutes from Obersaxen Mundaun.
