Cozy 2-room attic apartment with balcony. In a prime location in Flims. Very quiet, yet only 5 minutes walk from the valley station, restaurants, bars & clubs, bus station and shops. The beautiful Caumasee can be reached in 20 minutes on foot. The apartment offers a breathtaking view from the sofa.
What guests are saying:“Mischa’s apartment is absolutely perfect to spend time away from the city buzz and specially if you like to spend time out in the nature or if you are into snow sports. Everything is within a few minutes walking distance (bus station, grocery, restaurants, bars, cinema, ski lifts, drug store, boutiques…) The place itself if fully equipped, newly renovated, clean, tidy and quiet with a wonderful view over Flims. I enjoyed waking up to the sun rise and enjoyed sunsets from on the balcony with a glass of wine. Self-check-in was super easy with the use of a key box. Mischa has been a perfect host, very attentive and easy to communicate with. From the very first moment I knew that he wants his guest to have the best experience possible, which I had. Schöne gemütliche 2 Zimmer Wohnung in ruhiger aber trotzdem zentraler Lage. In wenigen Minuten sind Sie bei den Bergbahnen Flims. Auch der türkisblaue Caumasee läd zu einem Spaziergang ein. Die kleine aber feine Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, so dass es einen an nichts fehlt. Ab dem 1. Dezember 2018 steht unseren Gästen direkt an den Bergbahnen Flims eine Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeit für Skier und Snowboards zur Verfügung.

There was no need to bring a cot, kids cutlery or a high chair as everything was provided. We had an awesome stay and highly recommend Steffi’s place.”
Ilanz is located in the middle of the holiday destination Surselva, centrally located in 5 ski areas and is the starting point for numerous activities such as mountain biking, hiking, river rafting and much more. Be enchanted by the Rhine Gorge, the beautiful lakes and the beautiful nature. Ilanz also has a lot to offer culturally. Our apartment is located 10 minutes walk from the train / post bus station and close to many shopping possibilities.
