Neue, moderne Gästewohnung im angebauten Hausteil. Die Studiowohnung verfügt über drei Räume, die durch 4 und 7 Treppenstufen verbunden sind. Der mittlere Raum mit Wohnzimmer/Esszimmer und Küche ist sehr hell mit Sicht auf das Schloss Sargans. Der obere Sitzplatz bietet tolle Rundsicht auf Schloss und Berg Gonzen.
