Very good standard with bathroom/shower, TV, kitchen w/dishwasher, washing machine and everything you could want in a cabin. Sun from morning to evening. Private parking space. A motorised recreational boat can be rented. Flekkerøy has lovely rocks, sandy beaches and great fishing opportunities. Here you will also find a shop, hiking trails, roller ski run and artificial grass courts. You can enjoy the sunrise, go on a boat trip, or swim right from the jetty.

Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest overlooking Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

Nærhet til butikk (2km), Kristiansand Sentrum med bl.a restaurant og badeland (15 min med bil) og Sørlandsparken (25min med bil) Hytta er ca 50 kvm, fordelt på hovedetasje og loft. Like koselig på sommer, som vinter, da det er varmekabler i gulv, og vedfyring.
