Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest overlooking Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

We rent our homey, small boathouse The property has its own pier with opportunities to swim via a swimming ladder. Walking distance to swimming areas, several great beaches, rocks, nice hiking areas and cultural monuments (200m - 1km). Proximity to shop (2km), Kristiansand Sentrum with, among other things, restaurant and water park (15 min by car) and Sørlandsparken (25min by car) The cabin is about 50 sqm, spread over the main floor and attic. Just as cozy in summer, as winter, as there are heating cables in the floor, and wood burning.

The cabin is located right by the water, two canoes are included and there is also a solid rowboat. The sauna located by the jetty can be booked if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

Flekkerøy har nydelige svaberg, sandstrender og gode fiskemuligheter. Her finner du også butikk, turstier, rulleskiløype og kunstgressbaner. Du kan nyte soloppgangen, ta en båttur eller bade rett fra brygga.

Øyen har tunellforbindelse (under vann) Butikk åpen 7 til 23 kun 5 min gåtur unna. Sommerkafé Geitodden. Mange flotte turstier og badebukter i nærheten. Båt 14 f med motor kan leies på forespørsel. Her finner du garantert roen i sommerparadis. OBS: Sengetøy og håndklær må tas med selv eller kan inkluderes mot ekstra gebyr.

Hytten har en stor brygge på nedsiden av hytta. Isefjærfjorden har normalt høyeste badetemp i sjø/Norge (reiseradioen) Kort vei til dyreparken, 15 km. Hytta har en bratt skrent på fremsiden men med gjerde. Har parkeringsplass med hovedvei til hytta og med hytta, noe smal vei opp til hytta. Stor brygge med bord og stoler. Hytta har innlagt vann. Hytta har helt nytt toalett. Internett og TV skjem. Innebygd terrasse med skyvedør/vinduer. 2 soverom med køyesenger 2 soverom med dobbeltseng.

Idyllic Sjøbu on beautiful Flekkerøy

A small nest of about 16 sqm + loft (not approved for overnight stays) in beautiful surroundings in Skibbusundet on Flekkerøy island. Sjøbua is located in the sea crust with its own private jetty. Private entrance to the toilet from the jetty. The dock has plenty of sun and sand at the bottom, which makes it very suitable for swimming from the dock. Send a message and ask if you have any questions! Not rented out to people who are going on a drinking binge!

Welcome to idyllic Flekkerøy. Here are good sun conditions and bathing facilities. The place is of a high standard with a jetty and a private plot that is well furnished. You will find a dining area, sun loungers, a parasol, a gas grill and lounge furniture where you can enjoy lovely sunny days. It takes about 25 mins. to drive to Dyreparken, 20 mins to Kristiansand city center and 3 mins drive to grocery store. There are also public transport nearby.
