Very good standard with bathroom/shower, TV, kitchen w/dishwasher, washing machine and everything you could want in a cabin. Sun from morning to evening. Private parking space. A motorised recreational boat can be rented. Flekkerøy has lovely rocks, sandy beaches and great fishing opportunities. Here you will also find a shop, hiking trails, roller ski run and artificial grass courts. You can enjoy the sunrise, go on a boat trip, or swim right from the jetty.

The cabin is located only 10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. 100m from bicycle route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need a fishing license.

Possibility for charging electric car (according to agreement) Andøya is a great place to be with proximity to e.g. lake, small beaches, hiking trails, football pitch and sand volleyball court, etc. Approx. 7.5 km from Kr.sand city center and approx. 20 km from the Zoo. Leos Lekeland and Skyland Trampoline Park are about 4 km away. Bed linen must be brought or agreed upon.

Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

We rent out our cozy, little lake cabin 😊 Walking distance to bathing areas, several beautiful beaches, Svaberg, nice hiking areas and cultural monuments (200m - 1km). Proximity to shop (2 km), Kristiansand City Centre with restaurant and water park (15 min by car) and Sørlandsparken (25 min by car) The cabin is about 50 sqm, divided into main floor and attic. Just as cozy in summer as in winter, as there are heating cables in the floor, and wood burning.
