The cabin is located only 10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. 100m from bicycle route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need a fishing license.

Possibility for charging electric car (according to agreement) Andøya is a great place to be with proximity to e.g. lake, small beaches, hiking trails, football pitch and sand volleyball court, etc. Approx. 7.5 km from Kr.sand city center and approx. 20 km from the Zoo. Leos Lekeland and Skyland Trampoline Park are about 4 km away. Bed linen must be brought or agreed upon.

Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest overlooking Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

Welcome to a cozy apartment in Sørlandet!

Cozy apartment with private terrace and good view. The apartment has a spacious living room and a private bathroom with shower. There is a bedroom with a good and soft double bed. In the living room there is a double sofa bed, and if necessary we can arrange an extra bed. Washed and ironed bed linens and towels are included in the price. We expect common decency and that no other residents and neighbors will be disturbed after 11 pm. We live in the house on the 2nd floor.

We rent out our cozy, little lake cabin 😊 Walking distance to bathing areas, several beautiful beaches, Svaberg, nice hiking areas and cultural monuments (200m - 1km). Proximity to shop (2 km), Kristiansand City Centre with restaurant and water park (15 min by car) and Sørlandsparken (25 min by car) The cabin is about 50 sqm, divided into main floor and attic. Just as cozy in summer as in winter, as there are heating cables in the floor, and wood burning.

Flakk Gård is located in scenic surroundings by Tovdalselva. The apartment is completely newly renovated and is characterized by charm and tranquility. The place is good for couples, friends, families (with children), and groups. The bedrooms are suitable for two families on a trip, but also suitable for a group of friends on a fishing trip. Tovdalselva is a well-known salmon river, and large fish are caught both upstream and downstream.

Stedet mitt er nærme 5 min walk from several nice beaches and 10 min walk from natural resort Helleviga and Romsviga. By car it takes 15 min to Kristiansand town centre.. Stedet mitt er bra på par, reiser alene, bedriftsreisende, familier (med barn) og pelskledde venner (kjæledyr).

Two bedrooms have family bunks with 180 cm beds downstairs and 90 cm upstairs. The last bedroom has a regular double bed. Dining room with space for 12 people. Welcome to idyllic Flekkerøy. Here you will find good sun conditions and bathing opportunities. The place has a jetty and a well-furnished plot. You will find a dining area, parasol and lounge furniture where you can enjoy lovely sunny days. It takes about 25 minutes to drive to the Zoo, 20 minutes to Kristiansand city center and 3 minutes to drive to the grocery store. There are also public transport services nearby.

Hytten er godt isolert og har en vedovn klar til bruk.Hytten består ellers av et lite kjøkken,toalett,ett soverom og hems med dobbel seng. Sovesofa med plass til 2 i stuen.Uteområdet inneholder et stort spisebord, bålpanne og en hengekøye. Nedenfor hytta er det et vann hvor det er satt ut 8 kano som en kan låne gratis,samt en gapahuk med grillmuligheter.
